The formal parlor turned relaxed living area is the perfect place to convene before dinner. Guests will enjoy the wall-mounted Smart TV and surrounding views of charming downtown. Adjacent is the dining room, with an antique table capable of seating eight. The newly renovated kitchen (complete with breakfast nook and wine fridge) is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

Upstairs are all three bedrooms and two full baths. The first of which holds a Queen bed with antique writing desk and full size closet. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids and friends alike, with a Full size bed and a Twin bed with trundle. The bedroom facing Price Street is considered the primary suite, with a King size bed and large Smart TV. Full baths bookend the upstairs hall, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standing shower.

Consider the back of the home your downtown oasis; the owner has placed special care in building the private courtyard of your dreams. Sip and sit a spell as you regale on the adventures of the day. The Grand Luther is ideal for your next vacation!

Better Than a Hotel

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house accomodated three easily, although there were no clocks anywhere. The location is wonderful. The porch and back yard needs to be cleaned and updated. The couch needs to be deodorized. Although there was plenty of toilet paper, there was little paper towels and napkins, and no basic supplies like sugar, and only one coffee grounds. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. The water pressure was terrible. The property was listed for sale, and a realtor let herself and clients in while we were in the showers. TERRIBLE.

Very nice property

The property was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable. All of the bedrooms are on the second level, so it is something to consider if a member of your party has trouble negotiating stairs. The property is a duplex, and the neighbor is very loud. He has a large dog that barks a lot and the neighbor yells quite a bit, too. If property management has any control over the other side of the property, it should be addressed.

Spring Break Getaway

This was a first time visit to Savannah for all of us and the city was all that we expected and more! The Luther property was a very nice historic home with all the amenities needed and comfortable. It’s very spacious. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The back patio isn’t quite as neat and put together as the pictures show, but a nice sitting area nonetheless. There’s no longer an awning for shade. We enjoyed the front porch swing in the early evenings. The location is a convenient walk to beautiful Forsyth Park, the River Walk area, Jones St, and even a Kroger. I do recommend this rental property and would definitely consider renting it again.

Wedding week

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 5 of us. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Four of us are over 65 and would like to suggest that an anti-slip mat and grab bar be available for the bathtub. Thank you!
