All three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor, providing a serene escape for a restful night. The first bedroom features a Queen bed, antique writing desk, and full-sized closet. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with a Full-size bed and a Twin bed with trundle. The primary suite, facing Price Street, offers a King-size bed and large Smart TV. The upstairs bathrooms bookend the hall, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standing shower.

What is parking like for this home? This home includes 2 compact parking spaces located directly behind the courtyard. For additional parking, we recommend finding free parking on Gaston Street, which can be easily found directly next to your home.

We all highly recommend. Suggestion, bring your first day breakfast items with you. While the kitchen is very well stocked, the pantry is not. But guarantee, you’ll want to come back. We do!

Very nice! Check-in is easy. All instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen is nice with lots of room and plenty of utensils and pans. Living areas have lots of room with comfy sitting, bedrooms are very nice and roomy. Wifi access was easy. No issues! Love the home and close to things to do and places to eat!

Plenty of room!

This 3BR/2.5BA has plenty of room for everyone. It rained during our stay so we were disappointed we couldn’t use the large back deck area. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be staying at Lazy Bones again

Savannah Family Trip

This lovely historic home was clean with modern conveniences. Outdoor spaces were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Very convenient to great downtown restaurants and attractions. 30 minutes to Tybee Beach. Great place - we would stay here again.

Great rental!

We booked this home for a ladies get away for a few days. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved sitting out in the evenings in the courtyard or in the cozy living room. All the instructions were extremely accurate, the lock system on the front and back doors were very easy to use. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home!

The home was perfect, just what we had expected and more. We sat on the wonderful front porch in the morning and evenings, perfect for just sitting and talking, and got to meet and talk with a few neighbors everyday while they walked their puppies, Charlie and Luna. The home was spotless and perfect, and centralized to everything! You have an amazingly beautiful city and home!! I highly recommend the Grand Luther when staying in Savannah!!

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 5 of us. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Four of us are over 65 and would like to suggest that an anti-slip mat and grab bar be available for the bathtub. Thank you!

Savannah Family Vacation

My husband and I along with our four children chose this rental for our first time in Savannah. The house captures tons of charm and architectural details of the early 1900s time period. The interior of the house was very clean. The bedrooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The exterior does need some TLC especially on the side of the house where there are rotted window sills. I would love to see the integrity of the house maintained. The location is great! I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Very nice property

The property was clean and the furniture/beds were comfortable. All of the bedrooms are on the second level, so it is something to consider if a member of your party has trouble negotiating stairs. The property is a duplex, and the neighbor is very loud. He has a large dog that barks a lot and the neighbor yells quite a bit, too. If property management has any control over the other side of the property, it should be addressed.

The 2.5 bathrooms were just enough for us to all get ready for the day with no stress! I staff at lucky Savannah were super responsive & easy to work with! Everything you need and more!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reason we like to stay in a house with a group is to be able to cook some simple meals. The management policy of not providing kitchen staples defeats the concept. The paper goods were also very cheap quality. So instead of feeling like a vacation, the property felt cheap. In contrast we stayed at a property in Charleston that felt luxurious and they did provide kitchen staples and high quality toiletries and paper goods. These very low cost changes would go a long way to provide a more satisfying experience. The unit was nice and the location was fine for our group. However, a quick trip to TJ Maxx for some simple decor updates would make the house more livable. Based on our experience I would avoid booking another property managed by Lucky Savannah.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed feeling like we stepped back in time a little with the beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings, narrow staircase & porches. The house was in a convenient location if not a wee bit on the outskirts of Historic Savannah. Easy to walk up Jones Street, walk to Forsyth Park, OT walk to the grocery store. We had a couple of issues with a missing blackout curtain and a broken toilet seat, but both were fixed within 20 minutes of our first call!! Fastest response I’ve ever had at a VRBO. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and for the most part had enough pots/pans. There were exactly 8 dinner plates so we had to wash a lot and found out there was weirdly only one dish towel. We had exactly enough bath towels but no extras. Internet speeds were good and we LOVED the back patio. Even in the heat & humidity of late July it was nice to sit out there in the morning. Two things to be aware of — the AC struggled a bit to keep the upstairs cold. It wasn’t enough to be an issue and we slept fine. But if you like it COLD when you sleep then don’t stay in this house in July/August! We also were warned by neighbors when we checked in that there had been some thefts recently. We never felt worried or unsafe, but definitely were careful to lock up the car & gate. Times have been hard during COVID so this may not be the norm at all. Enjoyed this home!

Awesome House

Beautiful house in beautiful Savannah

My childhood friends and I met in Savannah for a weekend; it was the first time here for all of us. The house is perfect and in a great location. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park (a few blocks away), the shopping in Downtown Savannah and the River District (< 1 mile). The house was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated for the holidays with a beautiful tree in the front room. We each had our own bedroom and the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. We enjoyed the living room sectional for late night chats and the kitchen had what we needed to make coffee. There’s a Kroger within walking distance so we picked up some breakfast foods and snacks. We did not buy and plastic wrap and the house was not stocked with it, so we had to be creative when storing leftover food. The only recommendation is to install a sensor light by the back gate and back door. We arrived at night and had to use the back gate entry because the city had put in new concrete steps on the front porch and they were wet. It was tricky to enter the code and navigate to the back door with all of our stuff in the dark. The house does have narrow, steep steps to access the second floor which would be hard for people with mobility issues. I highly recommend Lazy Bones! Thank you for such a great weekend!

Wade cousins visit Savannag

We had a great stay and we loved the house. First off, the beds are so comfortable which is huge for me. We enjoyed having parking and a courtyard. It is a quiet and safe street but within a reasonable walking distance to everything. We even got to know the neighbors when my sister’s car wouldn’t start. Everyone was very friendly. We are probably coming back again to the same house next year:0)
