This distinguished retreat is designed for the sophisticated traveler, offering a bright, vibrant atmosphere that radiates warmth and natural light throughout. Every corner of Lazy Bones invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the charm of Savannah.

What Makes Lazy Bones Unique?

The spacious layout, filled with natural light, is perfect for families, friends, and even young children. - Meaningful Touches: From a gallery wall celebrating world-renowned musicians to a record player and carefully curated local artwork from SCAD galleries, Lazy Bones is filled with hand-selected pieces that make your stay truly memorable.

- Prime Location: Located just a block from a fully enclosed dog park, two blocks from the market, and three blocks from Forsyth Park, this home is perfectly positioned off Price and East Gaston Street. Enjoy leisurely strolls around the historic district, ensuring you never miss a beat of what Savannah has to offer!

- Private Courtyard Oasis: The private courtyard at the back of the home is your downtown sanctuary. Meticulously crafted by the owner, this space invites you to relax, sip a drink, and reflect on the day’s adventures.

All three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor, providing a serene escape for a restful night. The first bedroom features a Queen bed, antique writing desk, and full-sized closet. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with a Full-size bed and a Twin bed with trundle. The primary suite, facing Price Street, offers a King-size bed and large Smart TV. The upstairs bathrooms bookend the hall, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standing shower.

What is parking like for this home? This home includes 2 compact parking spaces located directly behind the courtyard. For additional parking, we recommend finding free parking on Gaston Street, which can be easily found directly next to your home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfect in that it has easy parking behind but is also very walkable to the historic parts and waterfront of Savannah. Everything we wanted to do in Savannah was within an easy (flat!) 20 minute walk of the house. The house itself was immaculate inside and everything worked. I appreciated that the light switches were labeled so we didn’t have to play that “what does this turn on” game that you do in a new place. The beds were comfy. The sitting areas in the downstairs were clean and comfortable. The record player and eclectic record collection was a nice touch. We would stay here again if we returned to the Savannah area.

Host was quick to respond to any questions. The home is well appointed with lots of thought put into pleasure & rest. Inside & out! Great location, easy walk to many locations; as well as 4 blocks from Trolley Step on & off which runs all during business day hours. Beds are so comfy with each bedroom having white noise machines. We all agreed we were sound asleep when our heads hit the pillows. Home is decked out for just about any need you can imagine. Extremely clean and well maintained. We plan to return for another stay!!!

Comfortable, roomy house with plenty of space to have privacy or come together as a group for meals and games and social time. Within a mile of every must-see site in the historic area. Would stay here again! Loved our time in this house and in Savannah!

Very nice! Check-in is easy. All instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen is nice with lots of room and plenty of utensils and pans. Living areas have lots of room with comfy sitting, bedrooms are very nice and roomy. Wifi access was easy. No issues! Love the home and close to things to do and places to eat!

We enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bones. We did have one issue with gnats or mites in the kitchen. I messaged the property management but got no response. Other than that we had a great stay.

Plenty of room!

This 3BR/2.5BA has plenty of room for everyone. It rained during our stay so we were disappointed we couldn’t use the large back deck area. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be staying at Lazy Bones again

This lovely historic home was clean with modern conveniences. Outdoor spaces were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Very convenient to great downtown restaurants and attractions. 30 minutes to Tybee Beach. Great place - we would stay here again.

The home was warm and inviting and conveniently located where we could walk to all of the must-see locations. Off-street parking was definitely a plus!I would have loved to know more about the age and history of the home. My husband is a "Mr. Fix It" and was able to tighten the doorknob on the back door as well as adjust a running toilet. The living areas were cozy and the teens piled up on the couch for movies after long days of touring. The sound machines included in the room allowed us to rest from the street noise. A very thoughtful addition!

60th bday group

6 ladies had a wonderful time at the Grand Luther. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and walking to downtown was not too bad. A great time was had by all.
