Located on a Dead-End Road eight miles west of Downtown Evergreen it has been said that People who visit the 'Writer's Nest' are either 'Lost or Invited'. Yet The 'Writers Nest' is conveniently located for day travel to our World Famous Mountain, and Skiing Communities west of Evergreen, or Fabulous Downtown Denver Colorado just 55 minutes down the hill.
At 'The Writer's Nest' you will awake to a stunning mountain view and sunrise right off the 'Great Plains'. At night during Spring and Summer you will peacefully sleep to the whispering sounds of 'Little Chicken Creek' just off your bedroom privacy deck.
'The Writer's Nest' is located in a year-round wonderland. Summer is a time to get out of the heat and into the Natural Air Conditioning of 80 degree days and 50 degree evenings in the high altitude clean mountain air. Fall Colors are Colorado's stunning Aspen Trees against our deepest of Blue Skies. And Winter boasts the High Country Splendor of Fresh Colorado Powder. I use the completely separate upper level as our office and in the spring summer and fall I come and go often. You will never know I am here.

We have been in the residential Real Estate business for more than 25 years in Evergreen Colorado. We are very well connected to the community. In addition to providing beautiful Wilderness Lodging opportunities we enjoy helping our guests connect with social, cultural, and business opportunities in Evergreen Colorado.
