This spacious condo has been beautifully decorated with coastal decor and has 4 bedrooms (two masters) and 3 1/2 baths. It has two separate balconies with amazing gulf views from the third and fourth floors of Mainsail Condominium Building I, which is one of the main two buildings overlooking the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

**UPDATE: All carpet has been replaced with solid surface flooring as of December 2019. And, all windows overlooking gulf have been replaced with double paned windows as of August 2020. New photos updated in March 2023.

**The main level includes an open concept kitchen, dining space and living area, as well as a powder bath and master bedroom with an en-suite master bathroom.

The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and is fully equipped for your cooking convenience. It has a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 4.

The open living area has an over-sized reclining sectional, additional seating and a 55" flat screen TV and DVD player. Access to one of the two balconies is off the living area, and oversized windows bring in lots of natural light.

The main level master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony access and an en-suite master bathroom with granite counter tops and a spacious walk-in shower.

The main level also has a powder bath with a pedestal sink.

** The second level has three additional bedrooms (one master) and two additional bathrooms, as well as a loft area with a hide-a-bed love-seat (queen size)

The upstairs master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and private balcony with beautiful gulf-front views.

The third bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV and giant, floor to ceiling windows with stunning gulf views.

The fourth bedroom hosts two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

The upstairs loft hosts a hide-a-bed loveseat (queen size) and a flat screen TV and DVD player.

The third full bathroom is off the loft area and central to the two additional upstairs bedrooms. It has granite counter tops and a spacious walk-in shower.

All bed linens and towels (not beach) are provided.
One free beach set up is included with rental of this unit (two chairs & one umbrella - March through October).

**Mainsail amenities include two large pools (north pool is heated for year round swimming), as well as a kiddie pool and hot tub. The main south pool pavilion includes one large pool, a kiddie pool and large hot tub. The heated pool is located north of the tennis courts, between the cottages and has a pavilion. In addition, there are two outdoor cooking stations, each with two gas grills and one charcoal grill, an exercise room, a game room, 4 tennis courts (one with Pickleball court), a basketball goal, & shuffle board. This property boasts 700 feet of private white sandy beach front property.

**Mainsail is a private gated beachfront community with covered parking and 24 hour security. Also, for your safety, security cameras are located in the pool and beach areas.

Mainsail also has a Group Events Room for rental. It accommodates up to 60 people with a full kitchen, furnished with dishes, glasses and silverware, a 46" flat screen, blue-ray DVD, 5 platter CD player, 4 speaker sound system. The room also has a commercial size ice maker and 2 handicapped accessible bathrooms large enough to be used as dressing rooms. The event room can be rented for weddings, wedding rehearsal events, wedding receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, friend reunions, business meetings, training seminars, award banquets, and other group functions.

Note: Mainsail does Not allow golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs or campers on the property.

**Mainsail is convenient to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytown Warf, fishing, boating, shopping and many golf courses. A few of the restaurants nearby include Whales Tale, Pompano Joe's, Wahoo, Captain Dave's, Acme Oyster Company, Louis Louis and Ocean Club.
