We had a great stay. The cabin is in a convenient location for enjoying the Lake Geneva area, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the lake. There was plenty of space for our family including dog, and the cabin never felt crowded. The kitchen area was also convenient and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay.We would recommend this cabin and would definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean and the beds super comfortable. We loved the shared outdoor deck and large yard. The owner was readily available and resolved the one issue we had. Location is a short walk to the public beach. Nothing to complain about really!

What a hidden gem. Loved this place, close to the lake. Jim was awesome !!! He was more than helpful with everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you.
Great spot! Location is amazing. If you want to golf, go out on lake geneva or go see a concert at apline. Jim was a great host, always around to help you and would always quickly teturn your inquiry if you had a question. Will definitely return, thanks Jim.
It’s modest and dated, but priced right for those attributes. Picture old school motel w cabin like facade. It’s a really nice property w a large yard. Great for traveling w dogs. Homey and apartment like feel w a perfectly adequate kitchen space. The host is very kind and communicates so well. Even happily accommodated my request to grant my parents early access when they beat me there and were arriving earlier than check in time. The location is great. I’d stay here again and recommend to others!
Needed some unexpected requests and Jim was quick to accommodate. Greeted my family just as we arrived and was accessible throughout our stay. Everything was as expected and super clean. Very comfortable and a great place to stay when in Lake Geneva. Book now!
Let me start with the positive's; When we checked in, Jim was right there to greet us as we drove up and he show’ed us to our rental unit. He showed us where the electric breaker box was located because if you use too many appliances at the same time in the “kitchen” area, you might trip a breaker. The grounds are nice and it was a good place for our dog. The beds are relatively comfortable and the unit was fairly clean. The location is convenient and very close to the William’s bay public beach. Jim was quick to respond to our needs when we needed a sponge to wash dishes, paper towels for the unit and bath soap for the shower. The “cabins” are old and at least in our units, 7 & 8, the maintenance has been deferred. Gaps in the vinyl plank flooring, shoddy trim work and two very small 28” W x 30” deep showers, with limited places to store personal items and toiletries by the sink. My wife is small and she was unable to point the shower head in a direction where she was able to rinse the soap out of her hair. The kitchen has a coffee pot and four slice toaster, only two slots work. If you want to use the toaster, you need to find a spot to store the two burner hot plate and vice versa. The coffee pot and refrigerator both work well. Finishes in the interior are very old. Honestly, in my opinion, unit #7 & #8 need to be completely refurbished, take one unit at a time offline and do a complete renovation.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the location convenient, the grounds enjoyable, the beds comfortable, and the cabins clean, and that you found me responsive when you needed additional supplies.
I would like to clarify a few things for future guests reading this review. When this reservation arrived, there were several children and dogs with the group that had not been listed on the reservation, and the family arrived in a heavily loaded van with a significant amount of belongings and equipment. They also plugged in an unusually large number of electrical devices. Because this was well beyond what we normally see from guests, I showed them the location of the breaker panel in case a breaker tripped while I was not immediately available. This is not an indication that our electrical system normally has problems.
Our accommodations are cabins, and we represent them as such. They are kept very clean and are intended primarily for normal vacation and short-term stays near Williams Bay and Geneva Lake. We are not designed or equipped for extended residential-style living by large families with numerous appliances, devices, pets, and belongings.
It appeared that this group may have been interested in a longer-term living arrangement. We do not offer long-term stays, in part because we want to maintain the cleanliness, condition, quiet atmosphere, and overall standard of the property for all of our guests.
We appreciate constructive comments regarding individual
We had a fantastic time staying at the cabin! We were looking for a peaceful way to spend Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. We were worried about the lack of privacy of the shared grounds, but the owner kindly offered to move us to the cabin closest to the front of the motel, which had a large grassy area that was perfect for our dog to run around. Overall it was really quiet and we had nothing to be worried about! Amenities are what you need for a couple of days - we really enjoyed the big firepit and grilled for dinner. Really close to the lake!
Great time!
A few things could be added to kitchen to cooking. Mixing bowls and a few more glasses for family groups.
Jim was a great host. Will definitely stay again
Jim was incredibly kind and communicative before and throughout our stay here. While there are multiple units connected, the outdoor area is large with plenty of seating. Firewood is stocked for the firepit away from all the units and we definitely had the feel of staying at a rustic cabin. Despite being Memorial Day weekend, the space was quiet and well kept. The 11-year-old with my partner and I was thrilled to have her own space connected to the main unit. This place has everything you and your family need for a nice time together close to all the activities of Lake Geneva.
We had 5 ladies in our group celebrating our 50th birthdays. The unit was clean and close to the lake. Jim, the property manager was very helpful. It’s nothing fancy but it’s just what we needed for the price. We will stay again!
We left after one night. Cabin I was in I sat on the toilet and fellover, the toilet and I. Had to put suitcase against fridge to keep it shut, no hot water. Then family had no hot water in their cabin and the pictures make the cabin look larger than what they are. Pictures are not up to date photos.

This review is our of the Norm of reviews we receive. Our maintenance responded right away to their concerns , and found no issues with the hot water or toilet being loose. Our Cabins are well maintained, and the Photos were taken in 2020. Veronica arrived intoxicated which caused an immediate concern. She told us she had reserved our Cabin for her daughter and three young children which she not seen in years, and that her daughters husband will arrive later, and will need to sleep all weekend because he is a Truck Driver. As soon as the Husband arrived, loud arguing began and lasted into the next day, which caused the children to start screaming and crying. One of the neighbors called me and went across the street out of concern of the children. Again, out of concern of the children, the neighbor indicated she was going to call the Police. They argued with each other for about a half hour, got in their cars and took .off. They left the Cabin in terrible shape, and threw all their fast food garbage out their windows on the driveway. Fortunately, this is a very rare occurrence. We are in a very nice and quiet area near the Lake, that has a beach, natural walking areas, and nice restaurants.
The cabin was neat and Jim was very nice to let us check in earlier. It has a shared backyard with grill, fire pit and picnic tables. Walking distance to the lake.
