Ideal for a family in August, this apartment located in the heart of the city offers you peace thanks to the location out of traffic: each bedroom opens onto a terrace.
Simply but tastefully furnished, you can have the feeling of being in a country farmhouse rather than in town! 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, a beautiful living room. Small quiet and well maintained building for people also seeking calm. A cleaning fee of 50 euros will be requested upon arrival, it includes the laundry fee for sheets and household linen provided.

Bien comme sur l'annonce, placé en plein Avignon intra muros , à 10 mn à pied des théâtres. On a bien profité et passé un bon séjour.

Bon emplacement

L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Avignon + Carrefour city et différents commerces au pied de l'immeuble. La petite terrasse est appréciable, Pas de clim mais des ventilateurs. Niveau confort et finitions (douche, lavabo, literie, ....) ce est pas le grand luxe mais c'est suffisant pour une ou deux nuits. A savoir : le grand patio (commun je pense) peut être un point négatif. Les voisins ont reçu en soirée, et on entendait tout, d'autant que 2 chambres donnent sur ce patio et qu'on ne pouvait donc pas ouvrir les fenêtres malgré la chaleur.

Good place from which to explore Avignon

The apartment was well equipped and in a good location to explore Avignon on foot. Great local bakery and supermarket across the road. We had a great time!

Stilvoll, geräumig, sauber, freundlich - mitten im historischen Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und praktikabel eingerichtet. In einem rustikalen Altbau mitten im historischen Zentrum von Avignon. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Palast der Päpste. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern ohne Auto unterwegs. Insgesamt gibt es 3 große Betten (ein Hochbett, für die Kinder der Hit). Frühstücken auf der Terrasse. Einkaufen direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. 2 Tipps: - Durch die Markthalle (Les Halles) zur Färbergasse (Rue des tintoriers) laufen. Etwas abseits der Touristenhauptströme. - Wenn man kein Auto hat, und trotzdem Kajak fahren möchte, bietet sich mit Kindern an, mit dem Bus A15 (8:45 ab zentraler Busbahnhof) nach Remoulins zu fahren. Dort ist ein Bootsverleih (www.natu-rando.com). Die bringen einen dann 7km flussaufwärts. Zurück gehts dann mit dem Kajak in max. 3h durch die Pont du Garde. Am Fluss kann man wunderbar picknicken und baden. Merci beaucoup, Cecíle. Nous avons passeés tres belles jours chez votre appartement.
