The Napa Valley Getaway is centrally located in Old Town Napa. Licensed with the City of Napa permit # VR21-0003. A short distance (half mile) from the center of town where you'll enjoy fine dining at five-star restaurants, wine bars, music venues and shopping!

This lovely updated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living room, open dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful backyard includes a gazebo and hot tub.

After a day of wine tasting or shopping, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or barbecue with family & friends in the private backyard. A table is set up under the covered gazebo so you can enjoy the mild Napa Valley weather, sharing meals with your guests or a quiet morning cup of coffee!

Easy access to Highway 29 and Silverado Trail where most wineries and vineyards are located where you'll enjoy the mustard blooms in March/April, beauty and mild weather of Spring/Summer and the wonderful smells of grapes being harvested and the vibrant colors of Fall!

Napa Valley is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or fun with friends and family, a wonderful place to escape and enjoy an adventure in wine country!

We love our little piece of paradise and we know you will, too!

With the current pandemic we have an enhanced cleaning procedure before each guest.

Great little place conveniently located near all the places we needed/wanted to be. Chill and rainy the entire trip but would have liked to have used the hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating areas.

Exactly what our group was hoping for when we booked for one night in Napa! Place was very clean and had three good sized bedrooms. Good location, plenty of parking, and the host provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Would gladly stay again!

Great location!

This was a decent place to stay. The location was super - close to many things such as downtown Napa, the Premium Outlet Mall and many other things. The house itself was pretty well equipped with kitchen things and linens, but if I had some constructive criticism to offer it is that the house has some deferred maintenance. The yard needs attention (the roof and gutters are full of debris), the refrigerator ran very loudly (a bummer for those on the pull out couch in the great room), the flooring in one of the bathrooms needs to be replaced, etc. A decent place overall for the price, however!

Good location in Napa to visit wineries

Walking distance to downtown, easy access to major roads. Only downside is the hot tub is actually at best for 3 people, really 2. Photos don’t show that.

Overall house is good. Only negatives are their is no outlet in one bathroom, the ice machine doesn’t work nor are there ice trays, the front walkway needs to be swept, and be careful the walkway has roots that have the brick raised and uneven. Really a dangerous situation and potential for an accident.

Utterly charming Napa value

We sought a neighborhood stay in Napa, during part of a longer trip up and down the Bay Area, rather than something in the downtown, touristy part of town. The house was full of charming touches, immaculately clean, with high quality linens and an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The yard and hot tub were quaint and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Frankly, this was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in at this price point. This earned me good hero points with my wife and young adult daughters.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location - easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. House was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, and had the perfect communal spaces for group meals, game nights, and hanging out. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
