Furthermore, there is a private deck that overlooks the Fraser River. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.

Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation. However, smoking is permitted on the back decks, provided that the sliding glass door remains closed, consideration is shown towards neighbors and all smoking materials are properly extinguished.
