Seaside cottage 'Pierre & Madeleine'

On the Ria d'Etel

In the immediate vicinity of the marina, on the banks of the Etel River, an old family and sailors' house renovated with a concern for authenticity and comfort.

With a capacity of 4 to 6 people, the gîte is spread over two floors as follows:

Located in the heart of the small seaside resort of Etel, the gîte 'Pierre & Madeleine' enjoys a lovely view of the Ria d'Etel. All amenities (shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, etc.) as well as the beaches are within walking distance.

The house is within 10 minutes to 1 hour of the prettiest sites in Morbihan: Saint-Cado, Carnac, Trinité-Sur-Mer, Quiberon and its wild coast, Saint-Goustan, Vannes, the country of Lorient. .. Without forgetting the nearby islands: Groix, Belle-Île en Mer, Hoat, Hoedic as well as the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan ...

Etel and its surroundings offer many activities: hiking on the many paths that run along its coast (GR34), beaches and swimming, water sports (sailing lessons, diving, canoeing at the Cercle Nautique de la Ria d'Etel located on the fishing), angling, shore fishing, sea fishing, bike rides, discovery of the Breton cultural heritage ...

Gute Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen, aber ein altes Reihenhaus - „mit dem Atem der Großeltern“ - muss man mögen. Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend, sehr gute Betten, 2 Toiletten sind top.Étel ist gut gelegen für Exkursionen, der Ort selber eher sachlich. Allerdings gute und super erreichbare Versorgung: Restaurants, Minisupermarkt (recht gut sortiert), 2 x Fischgeschäfte, 3 x Bäckerei/Konditorei, 1 x wöchentlich verhältnismäßig großer MarktAngenehm: fußläufig ein sehr großer schöner Strand und jede Menge Wassersport

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Étel, das reichlich Platz bietet. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und nahe gelegen an sehr schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Étel ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die Bretagne zu erkunden. Das Ferienhaus ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Hafen entfernt und an der Straße haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, der selbst am Hafen kostenlos war. Schade fanden wir, dass es in der Unterkunft kein WLAN gibt.

Wunderschönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir waren mit unseren jugendlichen Kindern in diesen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir hatten viel Platz im Haus, dazu einen kleinen Vorgarten zum draußen sitzen und zwei kleine Terrassen. Von Garten aus kann man das Meer sehen, der Dorfplatz ist ca. 200m entfernt. Wir waren nicht im Meeres Pool, aber für kleinere Kinder ist das sicher toll. Laurence und Stephane waren immer für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Au top!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison, idealement située près du port et du centre-ville d'Etel. Ancienne maison de pecheurs tres joliment décorée, avec le confort moderne, un petit jardin devant et une jolie terrasse sans vis a vis, de jolis meubles et objets chinés. Les propriétaires Laurence et Stéphane sont très sympathiques. La plage est a 10 mn a pied, les restaurants a 5mn, beaucoup de belles promenades a faire sur la ria et la côte. Cet ancien villlage de pecheurs devenu plus touristique a gardé son charme. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Schönes Stadthaus direkt am Hafen

Es handelt sich um ein schmales, vollständig renoviertes Fischerhaus direkt am Hafen. Es hat zwei gemütliche Außenterrassen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Restaurants und Bäcker können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Geschmackvoll und behaglich eingerichtet

ist dieses schöne, kleine, authentische Bretagnenhaus. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Ort Étel bietet alles, was unseren Bedürfnissen entspricht: zwei Fischhändler, wunderbare Bäcker und Confisserie und einen schönen Strand. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Stadthaus, direkt am Hafen von Etel

Wir hatten 12 gute Tage in diesem sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichteten Stadthaus/ kleines altes Reihenhaus in einem kleineren Fischereiort. Das Haus liegt ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Hafen. Innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Das Haus selber verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Küche ist prima eingerichtet, Zimmer sind sehr schön und Betten sehr bequem. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig - manchmal sind Schritte aus dem Nachbarhaus zu hören. Ansonsten ist aber alles ganz prima! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und extrem bemüht! sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Um die Süd-Bretagne zu erkunden, ist Etel ein optimaler Ausgangsort.

Nach einem herzlichen, gastfreundlichen Empfang haben wir uns in dem blitzsauberen, mit Liebe zum Detail renovierten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wer seine Urlaubsunterkunft etwas ursprünglicher liebt, ist in Etel genau richtig. Es ist ein altes Fischerdorf mit einem wöchentlichen Markt ohne Ferienhaussiedlungen. Es gibt 2 poissonerien und 3 boulangerien vor Ort. Fußläufig sind morgens baguette und huitre etc. frisch besorgt; in einem größerer Supermarkt in der Nähe, Belz, kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf besorgen. Etel ist ein guter Standort um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne lange Anfahrten zu erreichen. Merci Laurence und Stephane für eure Gastfreundschaft Doris und Joachim aus Saarlouis

Wir haben es getan und das wunderbare Ferienhaus zum zweiten Mal gebucht! Und wieder waren wir rundherum sehr zufrieden! Etel ist ausgezeichnet geeignet,um die nähere Umgebung zu entdecken:zum Beispiel Quiberon,den Golf von Morbihan, Auray und Vannes. Sehr schön sind auch die Spaziergänge am Etel, wo wir immer wieder unvergessliche Eindrücke genießen durften. Auch in der Nebensaison wie jetzt im Oktober gab es genügend Restaurants und Geschäfte,die noch geöffnet hatten. Wir würden es wieder tun!

Sehr,sehr schön!

Die Angaben im Inserat entsprachen genau dem,was wir vorfanden: sehr gut renoviert mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen herzlich und haben uns bis ins Detail sehr gut informiert. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal, um Etel und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Bäckereien,Fischläden und Restaurants sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir würden in diesem Haus sehr gerne einen sehr langen Urlaub verbringen. Es ist einzigartig und Laurence und Stephane ebenso.

Tout est déjà dit dans les précédents commentaires. Très belle décoration. Rénovation de très belle qualité. Intérieur sobre. Esprit "maison de vacances" (mélange de bois naturel, parquet et de blanc sur les murs). Propreté impeccable. La suite parentale, très vaste, au 2d, est particulièrement agréable. Parfait pour famille avec 3 ados. Manque juste qques patères dans le couloir d'entrée (on ne sait pas où poser ses vêtements) et la salle de bain du haut. Sinon, gîte très bien placé, dans rue calme, à 1 min. du port. Boulangerie, poissonnerie etc. à pied. Carrefour express à 5 min. en vélo (grosses courses au SUPER U de Belz à 10 min. en voiture). D'Etel, très nombreuses possibilités d'excursion (au Nord comme au Sud). Cidre paysan et excellentes galettes bretonnes nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Service client pro. et réactif de la part des propriétaires. Excellente adresse.

Maison et séjour très agréables

Ancienne maison de pêcheurs très agréable, bien située, bien restaurée et bien placée. De bonnes ondes ! Le port et le centre d'Etel sont à proximité à pied ainsi que, en voiture ou en une vingtaine de minutes à pied en remontant la rivière vers l'océan, la superbe et grande plage d'Etel.

Très jolie maison de pêcheur

Location en tout point conforme au descriptif. La propriétaire, mme Guillome, nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné sur Etel et ses alentours. La maison est entièrement rénovée, chaleureuse, claire, décorée avec soin et située à quelques mètres du port. Les deux chambres avec un grand lit sont spacieuses, la literie est souple. Avec l'arrivée des portes serviettes dans la salle d'eau et la salle de bain, il n'y aura plus rien à dire! Un grand merci aux propriétaires d'avoir eu la gentillesse de nous retourner un vêtement oublié. Je recommande tout à fait cette location dans ce village authentique et vivant, idéal pour une famille avec enfants. On peut se baigner à 5mn de la maison (dans un plan d'eau salée appelé "la plage des enfants") et en bordure de cette retenue d'eau, il y a un cinéma pas cher et à la programmation variée.

A recommander sans hésiter

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison spacieuse, entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et équipée comme à la maison et important la literie est excellente. Tout y est pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Proche de la plage et du centre, dans petite rue au calme et très facile pour se garer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs petites attentions à notre arrivée. N'hésitez pas si vous cherchez une bonne adresse de location à Etel, je recommande vraiment, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Laurence und Stéphane Guillôme sind sehr gastfreundliche und aufmerksame Eigentümer des Ferienhauses. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und in die Gegebenheiten eingeführt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen - auch im Vorfeld - haben wir die beiden als kompetente und engagierte Ansprechpartner erlebt. Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Funktionalität ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hafens und des Zentrums des kleinen Ortes empfanden wir als ideal. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
