We are the vacation owners of "Sunset Cabin" in "Cherry Ridge," listing number 356030.
We enjoyed our little cabins so much that we decided to build another similar to "Sunset Cabin." We made "Morning Glory" a little bigger, improved the bathroom, and added a dishwasher and air conditioning.
We are from the Tidewater area of Virginia. We moved here to the mountains of WV about ten-plus years ago for skiing, hunting, and hiking but stayed for the summers!
This area of WV has so much to offer for the outdoor enthusiast.: numerous hiking trails, horseback riding, star gazing, hunting, fishing, golfing, kayaking, etc...
All four seasons have something spectacular to offer. This is why we love it here...nature at its best!

Our private subdivision, "Cherry Ridge," is a unique place to visit. Close enough to Canaan Valley state park, Timberline ski resort, Davis, and Thomas but far enough away to feel like you really have gotten away from the business of city life!
The sounds of Nature and abundant wildlife can be experienced here in this peaceful, relaxing setting!
Our goal is for couples to experience the beauty in the stillness ...one of the darkest spots on the east coast enables our guests to see the stars as never before!
We want our guests to walk away relaxed and refreshed for the journey ahead...choose "Morning Glory!" and experience the change!

Our cabins are centrally located to many attractions. All are within 20-45 minutes of the cabins.
The new cabin has central air, a large walk-in shower, and plenty of outdoor seating. In addition, plenty of firewood is provided for a couple of cozy nights around the campfire outside or the fireplace inside!
