Please note: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to maximum of six guests. Over occupancy can result in guests being asked to vacate with no refund. Our condo does not have extra person charges.

Island's End vacation rental is the best of both worlds because it is ideally located in the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk sound side community. Boardwalk sits on one of the Island's largest and most beautiful white sandy beaches. Island's End Townhome is also just a four minute walk to a Pensacola Beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This location makes the perfect vacation destination for families because of the choice of the beautiful Caribbean Blue Gulf Side Beach or the Bay/Sound side.

As soon as you step into the entrance of Island's End you will see it has been recently remodeled! Just up the stairs from the entrance you will find the kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and Stainless Steel appliances. There is tile floor throughout the condo. The open kitchen/dining area features a central work island for additional work and storage space.. The kitchen island also has two counter height bar stools for guests to sit and relax while enjoying the view of the sound through the large patio door. The kitchen table seats six guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. There are two pantry cabinets to store the groceries/supplies you bring. A 40 gallon water heater will help to ensure hot water in kitchen and bathrooms. Just through the kitchen/dining room patio door is a large balcony that wraps around to the living area and features additional outside dining. Just after purchasing the condo in May 2018, we updated the living area with two full size new leather couches. A large area rug centers the room. A large coffee table and three end tables help provide a comfortable area to relax. Table lamps, black out curtains, art and accessories make the living area beautiful as well as functional. TV ( SMART TV and WIFI included. Use your own streaming apps), books and board games are stored in the console. The condo has a (2020) full size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen in a laundry closet. Several beach towels are located above the washer/dryer for guests to use as well as a small drink cooler in the outside storage room.

Moving up the stairs from the living area, you find two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. We updated both upstairs bathrooms in 2020. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with comfortable mattress, two night stands, dresser and smart TV. (USE YOUR OWN STREAMING APP ) We added blackout patio and window curtains to help you enjoy a full night of restful sleep. Bedding and wall art give the room the look of the coast. The main bedroom has a smart TV (use your own streaming apps with TV) to enjoy before dozing off to sleep. The second bedroom has been updated with new furniture in May of 2022. There is one bunkbed (two twin beds) and one queen bed. The top bunk is limited to children over 6. No adults on top bunkbed. New (2020) mattresses and coastal bedding makes this room extra comfortable. Perfect as the children's room or The Queen bed and bunkbed provide a great space for a couple with children, or as a children' s room. This room also has a wall mounted Samsung TV 2021. ( Use your own streaming apps). Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite countertops, new lighting and new fixtures (2020). Each bedroom opens up to wonderful ( private) outside living with the wrap around balcony.

One of the very best features of this condo is the outside spaces. As you drive up to the condo, you will find covered parking for two cars with overflow parking in designated areas. ( Several parking spaces are located just behind the condo) There is a private outside storage area that has pool/beach toys, beach umbrella, and beach chairs to make your vacation more enjoyable. Under the condo, you will find chairs, a picnic table, porch swing, and a charcoal grill. GRILL CANNOT BE USED UNDER THE CONDO. IT HAS TO BE MOVED AWAY FROM ANY WOODEN STRUCTURE INCLUDING THE BUILDING AND STAIRS . Our condo also has it's own outside shower, towel rack and shoe box. Please be sure to wash off bare feet and remove shoes before entering. The asphalt will stain the bottom of bare feet and track into the condo. The ground floor area has stairs that lead to the upper two balconies with condo entrances through the patio doors. Always use extra caution when using balcony stairs.

The amenities just don't stop! The complex beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun. Or you can be more adventuresome by taking advantage of the bay with your paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear or snorkeling gear. The complex beach is equipped with a volleyball net and a pier. The complex has a beautiful pool with bathroom located just under clubhouse. YOU NEVER HAVE TO LEAVE THE COMPLEX TO ENJOY THE SUN, POOL AND BEACH!
There are no lifeguards at the pool or the complex beach. Never swim alone. Monitor children at all times. Do not dive or jump off pier. Monitor water conditions of complex beach and public/gulf beach.

Vacation in this quiet beach community with all the amenities for the perfect vacation. AND the condo is located less than five miles from the hub of Pensacola Beach with restaurants, shops and special events. If you don't want to drive you can take the BEACH TROLLY which stops just down from the complex and runs during peak beach vacation times. This condo is located just minutes from historic Fort Pickens National Park and National Sea Shore and walking distance to one of the best restaurants in the area, Peg Leg Pete's!

Other area attractions include, parasailing, dolphin cruises, putt putt golf, BANDS ON THE BEACH, go carts rental, jet skis rentals, fishing charters, bike rentals and shopping. Within a short drive you can visit a great zoo, beautiful golf courses and museums including the National Naval Aviation Museum/ Fort Barrancas and Lighthouse, Historic Pensacola Village, Pensacola Mess Hall for kids who love science, the Ft.Walton Gulfarium and Ft. Walton Water Park.

In January of 2020, we put in a new heating and air conditioning unit, updated both upstairs bathrooms, updated the kitchen and den area. Added shelving/drawers in closets upstairs.

So pack your clothes and sunscreen and head to Island's End for the best beach vacation ever! Make some memories.

Though not required, we highly suggest guests purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot act as your insurer and reservations cannot be refunded except as stated in our cancellation policy. We cannot control the weather, travel issues, health etc. Travel Insurance is the best way to protect your investment in your vacation.

PLEASE NOTE: We have brand new extended balconies on our condo!!, And the provide bigger and better outdoor space. Even though all the units in our building, there is some construction going on in the complex. As of January 30th 2025, the construction is expected to be on opposite half of complex. You may or may not experience construction noice during your stay. We are excited about the improvements coming to Boardwalk. Please reach out to us with any questions or further details.
