Beach Block FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rental.Beat the Saturday traffic rush. True beach block rental on 82nd street ,4 houses from the beach and NO streets to cross. Great Ocean views! Plenty of room for family and friends.4 Large bedrooms plus a bonus room and great outside space with 4 furnitured decks ,a good sized backyard with a bbq and of course an outdoor shower.Walk to some of the great south end restaurants, stores ,ice cream and blitz's market. A great spot for views and location .

Why they chose this property
This property was totally renovated from top to bottom .Its not your typical Rental shore property .Only rented out for 2 weeks during the Summer months. The rest of the time it is lovingly taken care of by the owners. The attached townhouse is not rented.
What makes this property unique
its on the quieter part of the island ,however the Jinty stop is only 1 block away to take you down town.
