This Townsends Inlet property with a POOL features 5 bedrooms and an additional bonus room that will sleep 14 with an ELEVATOR. Ground Floor: Enter garage from driveway. Access to elevator. Up 1/2 flight stair to main entry and bonus room. Bonus room is a second family room by day with large TV and small refrigerator. It has two pull out couches for night (both doubles). There is also a full bathroom on this level. 1st Floor is a 4 bedroom floor. From front to back. 1. King bedroom with its own bathroom and access to private deck. 2 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 3 bedroom has a bunk bed and a single twin bed. 4 bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full hallway bathroom and laundry room on this level. Top 2nd Floor: Large open area including Kitchen, Dining and family/TV. Access to main deck which has table and chairs. There is a 1/2 bathroom off kitchen. Behind kitchen is 6th bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom.

Fantastic week in SIC

House was fantastic for our family! We stayed for a few nights during the week with our three kids (aged 7,6, & 2) and dog and have no complaints! We rented a golf cart and bed linens from Linen Fairies making our week even easier. Pool was perfect for those extra windy beach days when the red flags were up. The perfect way to close out our summer 2023. Thank you Fred!

Had it all in Sea Isle/ Townsends Inlet, NJ

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication with the property owner from time of booking up to and through our stay was great. The house had everything we needed +. Pool is on the smaller side, but with (4) adults and (3) kids in at the same time, we still had room. Manageable 2.5 block walk to the 81st street beach where life guards were stationed. Everyone in our party (which maxed out at 10 people for 2 nights of our stay) were comfortable and had their own space if/ when needed. We found ourselves congregating in the main living area, but still had the bonus family room with gaming system on the first level if needed. Would definitely book here again in a heartbeat!
