Holiday house in a quiet area, ideally located, close to the beach, shops and various activities (tennis, horse riding, sailing school, miniature golf, Mickey club ...) but also in the Normandy countryside for beautiful walks on foot or by bicycle. Local produce markets twice a week. The beautiful beach of Blonville is reputed to be a paradise for children
The house has on the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160X200 double bed, an equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishes and kitchen utensils), a dining / living room with large fireplace, a shower room and WC and washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140X190 double bed and a large landing bedroom with 2 single boat beds and a WC. A cot and a high chair are available. The house is semi-detached but the garden is private with table and garden chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue and beautiful lawn facing south. Parking for 1 car on the property.

Blonville is a quiet and natural village and only 4 km from the boards of Deauville, its casino, its golf course, the Clairefontaine Hippodrome ... and 4.5 km from Trouville, its beach and its famous market to fish. In summer, market every day in Deauville. Also not to be missed, the Paléospace de Villers sur Mer at 3 km, the seaside resort of Cabourg and its casino, the visit of Honfleur for its port and its art galleries but also Caen and its Memorial.
Access by car: A13 motorway, exit Deauville / Trouville 15 km from Blonville.
By train: Deauville / Trouville train station 5 km away and Blonville train station link in summer and school holidays 900 m from the house.
