Book now this beautiful lakefront vacation home on Beaver Lake in Garfield, Arkansas. It is located in the wonderful community of Lost Bridge Village and it is steps away from the water. Come enjoy all the great outdoor activities that are at your back door.
This lakefront home has a gentle slope to the water and a great shoreline for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and more. The home also has great views of the main channel of the lake.


Bedrooms:
This home sleeps 11 people. It has 3 large bedrooms . The master bedroom has a king size bed. The main level guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a daybed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. The maximum occupancy is 11.
Bathrooms:
3 Full Bathrooms(Towels and wash clothes provided) Inside use only! BYO beach towels.
Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets and granite counter tops. It comes fully equipped. Just bring your food and drinks.
Dining:
The dining table seats 6 people and there are 6 bar stools around the kitchen island. Up in the hallway closet there is a small highchair for a little one that can be strapped to one of the bar stools or chairs. There are also 2 additional folding chairs that can be brought out to use around the dining table for extra seating.

Luxury lakeside

We love this house! It’s our 3rd time there. My children and grandkids love coming here. The house is so big the 3 families have plenty of room and also space to wind down after a busy day on the lake. We love the kitchen and sitting area with all glass facing the lake and the deck is a favorite in the morning to sit with coffee. It’s a dream to walk out the back and there’s the lake, no loading up! We have such a good time here. Our teens love the basement for games, spreading out and unwinding. As a bonus we also like to take the kayaks out. Staci is so wonderful to work with! Thanks for another great family vacation!

Beautiful Place

This place is fantastic. I hope to stay here again. This place has the best stocked kitchen we've ever encountered and the host was amazing. We really didn't want to leave the back yard to visit the surrounding area!

A Great Get-Away!!

We had a great get-away at "A Shore Thing". The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was tucked away with an awesome view of the lake. It also had great lake access. We enjoyed kayaking, cooking out at the fire pit, and exploring in the area. The owner was great and reached out before our trip to answer questions and make sure our time was the best it could be. We would definitely come again!

Awesome spot on Beaver Lake

We loved the property! Great house with all accommodations! Kids loved the games and all the space with the bunk beds. Clean and very well taken care of. The lake is beautiful and steps from the house. Quiet and calm water. You can float on a raft all day! Can’t wait to return!

Two stories with wall of windows facing the lake. Decks above and below with comfortable seating. Inside-quality construction with modern appliances. Slightly sloping, somewhat irregular path to the water. Beach is rocky but perfect with water shoes.

Comfort and Fun

Being on the water was wonderful. Sitting on the porches was so nice. We all enjoyed the view. Kids and grandkids loved the kayaks and swimming. Games were a great addition to the house also. The king size bed was very comfortable but others in the house could be improved, especially the bunk beds.

Not our first time and this won’t be our last!

As always this home is clean and comfortable. The stairs were easy for my disabled mother and for the littles in the family. Staci is great to work with and my family and I are thankful that she shares her home with us. 10/10!

Another wonderful vacation!

We originally stayed at the house in 2020 with my parents, my husband and my twins. It was just the perfect location, easy walk to the water, and the house had everything we needed. We were so excited to go back this year for spring break! Our favorite times were when the deer would come and try to steal the bird seed from the backyard bird feeder. They were adorable. It was a very relaxing, beautiful getaway. And only a few hours from Kansas City for us!

Amazing stay

Great location right on the lake with amazing views. Direct access to the water. Ideal for swimming as well, with clear water and a slow decent to deep water. The kayaks were an added bonus and in good condition. We had fun watching movies in the downstairs family room while it was raining and playing games in the livingroom in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked as well which was extremely helpful. The house was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family vacation before the kiddos go back to school. We will definitely return next summer...I can't wait.

Spring Break

Thank you so much! Decided to jaunt down for a little spring break with our college aged children for a few days! House was perfectly accomidating, beautiful and peaceful. We all slept very well! Weather was cold so being able to make a fire in the fireplace while sitting and watching a movie of an evening was very nice. We did have 3 deer visitors one evening which was really neat too. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was always breathtaking! We couldn't have asked for a better place just to get away from the norm for a bit, and get a recharge. Would definitely love to stay again if ever back in the area!

A great balance of everything you are looking for in a vacation rental. Can't say enough about this.

We vacation in the Ozarks every year and always rent a place to stay. It's hard to find the perfect balance of cost, amenities, location, etc but we found it with this place. There are seven of us total, 4 adults and 3 children, and this house offered more than enough space; it could easily accommodate the advertised 11 guests and still not feel cramped- it has a lot of seating indoors and out for eating / lounging. The house itself felt brand new, was clean, and had lots to offer. Two levels, 3 full baths (no waiting in line to take a shower like we're used to), good sized kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space and the simple things like a dishwasher and disposal that just add to the convenience. There are showers and bath tubs and, speaking of the simple things, really nice towels! The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. For as open as the main living area is the house was well balanced with privacy via the two separate levels, multiple baths and a closet big enough for a crib. It all worked very well for our two families but would also serve well for a group less tightly knit. The house is kid friendly with bunk beds, short carpeted steps, and there were lots of board games, books, and movies to stay entertained. They also have kids kayaks which were tons of fun and a fire pit that we enjoyed. The location also impressed me- a quiet somewhat secluded community but didn't feel like you are out of reach. The area is beautiful with trees (lots of shade in the back), winding roads and great views- the view from the back deck over the water is beautiful. The house has a good amount of shore line and it stays relatively shallow for far enough to make it good for swimming right out back. While I kept my boat at the Lost Bridge Marina about 10 min away, I was also able to beach my boat out back which is a huge convenience. We stayed at the very start of the summer and I'm not sure if it's typical but the air and water temps both hovered in the low 80s during the day which is perfect to me. Also... no bugs, at least none that bite; I didn't encounter a single mosquito- heaven for me. The water was generally calm and pretty clear, a nice quiet cove made for a very enjoyable afternoon. There was food nearby on the water at Starky's Marina too. The owner was very responsive and committed to making sure we had a good time. Of all the places we have stayed this was a top notch experience. With everything this place has to offer you can't go wrong.

This place exceeds all expectations

Two grandparents, two daughters, 3 grandchildren all had a wonderful time for 5 days. A very comfortable, well-equipped home, plenty of beds and privacy, right on the lake, good parking, a kitchen to die for, heating and cooling control the best I've ever seen, a place we could all live in permanently. It is better than the pictures show. And Staci is an angel: so helpful, always available and responsive, and so considerate. It is past 5 stars: Give it 6 or 7.

We are a recently retired army veteran family who loves the lake! We LOVE Beaver Lake!!! We were blessed with the opportunity to find a wonderful lakefront lot with a gentle slope to the water and decided to build a home.

Why they chose this property

We built this home in 2013. It is on a great lot with main channel views. It has one of the easiest walks to the water that you will find on Beaver Lake. That is the main reason we chose this lot was because of its gentle slope to the water.
Great for kids and aging grandparents who don't want to hike up and down to get to the lake. Also, off our shoreline is a rock shelf so it stays shallow for a good distance before hitting deep water which makes for a great swimming and snorkeling area.

What makes this property unique

I am so glad we decided to build this home! It has the views, easy access to the water, great swimming, and is on one of the prettiest lakes you will find in the central part of the US.
It is a great place to just enjoy family!
