California Beach modern home on the Jersey Shore. Casual vibe, lots of natural light. 3 minute walk to beach, ocean view from upstairs balcony.

Walk the boardwalk north through Ocean Grove into Asbury park, or south through Avon, Belmar and to Spring Lake. There are many restaurants in Bradley Beach to enjoy, small shops, etc. Try some surfing, ride bikes or just walk around. There are quite a few kids playgrounds w/in walking distance.

There are usually a couple of bikes w/ locks around for use. 2 min bike ride into town to restaurants and shops. 7 min bike ride to historic Ocean Grove. 12 min bike ride to Asbury Park. UBER or LYFT for night out on town.

NJ Transit train station in town. Walk to house in 10 min. Train from NYC Penn Station takes roughly 1.5 hrs.

2nd visit to Bradley Beach property

This was the 2nd year that we stayed at this fabulous property. They add some outdoor furniture in the backyard since last time we were here. Chris responds immediately to all texts. We love staying here as the house is clean and well stocked. Hope to visit again next year!

Wonderful property exactly as pictured. The master bedroom is gorgeous. Even with the cold weather we enjoyed walking with our dog to the beach to watch the sunset. Communication with hosts was easy and quick. We would love to come back in the summer!

Beautiful accomodations, exactly as photographed. House was stocked with everything you would need. (I did not need to pack an outdoor cooler, beach chairs, sheets, towels etc). Excellent location, 1.5 blocks to beach. We were 10 adults and everyone had a very comfortable stay. Many places to be between backyard and multiple decks. Fabulous week!! Would definitely stay here again. Fabulous and helpful hosts. 5 star all the way

Ideal house for vacation

We had a wonderful time renting this house for 2 weeks. The house was beautiful and stocked full of amenities that were very much appreciated. The location is perfect and offered easy access to Bradley beach boardwalk and beach. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. During our stay I lost my diamond from my engagement ring and the cleaning people found the diamond and the owner dropped it off at my sisters house a few towns away. Very trustworthy group of people. I would absolutely recommend renting this house and I hope to do so again next summer. 5+ stars all around

Great property for a family vacation

This is a great property for a family vacation. The hosts were super responsive. They conveniently equipped the house with baby gates and a high chair which was incredibly useful for us. The location is a short block from the beach which makes it a nice location for traveling families with small ones.

This house is even better than advertised. Chris and Christine are great, accessible hosts and really thought of everything! House is so close to this beach and has great upstairs and downstairs outdoor sitting areas. Nice backyard too with brand new furniture. Centrally located in Bradley as well. Decompressed in this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, as lovely as pictured. Great location to walk up and down the beach or to town. Porches and nice yard add to the charm. Very dog friendly. We had no kids, but great house for family. Hosts very responsive. We hope to be back!

My wife and I built the house in 2011. We lived in Bradley Beach and it for 7 years and now for the first time we are putting it up for rent. The house design is Inspired by modern architecture typical of what you'd see in California. So a little bit different than your standard victorian or seashore colonial.

Why they chose this property

Quick walk to beach, close to Asbury Park. Great restaurants w/in walking distance and you dont really need to drive a car if you're comfortable riding a bicycle. :)
