Enjoy the sea breeze on the ocean-facing balcony with a glass of wine or take the shortest walk to the oceanfront pool, beach access and tiki bar! Located on the quiet, upscale west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The complex is part of Islander Villas, one of the newer accommodations on the island (built in 2000s). Each building includes 6 Villas and an elevator. Our Villa includes access to a large oceanfront pool at the Isles Beach Club. There are balconies located in the front and back of the Villa.
One of the biggest advantages of our Villa is that it is the closest Villa in the entire Islander Resort to the oceanfront pool, Tiki Bar and Restaurant at the Isles Beach Club.
This spacious 1,700 sqft Villa features 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and 9ft ceilings throughout. With plenty of room to sleep 12, our Villa includes 2 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds. The Master Bedroom includes one king bed. The attached master bath includes dual vanity sinks with a jetted tub/shower combo. The second master bedroom includes one king bed, a mini-fridge and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 includes one queen, one full bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 has one queen bed and one full bed with an attached bathroom with shower.

We have made some significant upgrades within the Villa already in 2018-2021 including:
New stainless refrigerator
New stainless microwave
New stainless stove
New stainless dishwasher
New washer and dryer
All new pots and pans
Refreshed cable and upgraded high-speed internet and router
New smart thermostat
New dining table and chairs (seats 8)
New additional king bed (which increased the occupancy count to 12 in beds)
All new mattresses

Brothers Golf Weekend

Great property for long wedding weekend

we had a full house for a long wedding weekend and we had no problems or complaints from anyone. Very nice property, great location and close proximity to venue. We are already making plans for a yearly vist and definately at this property.

Very nice OIB Condo

This home has a great balcony with an ocean view. It was great to have all of the kitchen basics including Keurig and pods. All bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The big complaint -- and certainly not to the owner of this condo -- was the yappy dogs next door. Really, if you can't keep your dogs moderately quiet leave then home or put on a bark collar!

Perfect for family gathering

The location and layout of the home were perfect for our extended family gathering. The home was clean and well appointed. All rooms are on one level which was great and the elevator was perfect to get my mom easily to the unit.

Growing up and getting married in Ohio, Kellie and I moved near the water in South Florida. We were told that once you live by the water, you will always want to. With jobs that took us to Raleigh, our Villa is the best escape from the grind and gives us that proximity to the water that we miss so much.

Why they chose this property

We were only exposed to Ocean Isle a few years ago. We fell in love with the community and the people. We are not fans of the lights and commercialism of the larger beaches. Ocean Isle is that quiet beach town that lets you unwind. It still allows you to go fishing or golfing, rent a boat or jetski, or just relax on the beach. You also still have the option to drive to Myrtle Beach, if that is your thing. These Villas, with their abundance of space, bedrooms and bathroom were the best we found on the island.

What makes this property unique

We loved the elevator access for when you are carrying everything to and from the beach or just bringing your bags in from the car. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths which makes it quick for everyone to shower when they come back from the beach. Sleeping is also comfortable with the 4 bedrooms. The views and the sounds from the beach and the water are truly relaxing. We use the villa ourselves, every opportunity we can.
