gute Lage, - alte + schlechte Ausstattung, - Renovierungs-Stau

Die Lage + die Terrasse sind hervorragend, - der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung ist aber eher beklagenswert, der Eigentümer hat lange an der Wohnung nichts getan ! Der Kühlschrank war zu klein und die Tür hing ständig schief, das Kochfeld hatte teilweise überdrehte Bedienungs-Schalter, die Wasserinstallation musste ausgebessert werden - die Agentur war ständig bemüht + im Einsatz
