Charming Downtown Charleston 3 Bedroom Home Two Blocks To King St With Parking

This beautifully renovated three bedroom, one full bath home is professionally designed and can accommodate 7-8 guests comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, brand new cabinets and all the dishes and glasses guests need along with cooking items. Our living area has a small dining room and table which can seat 4 guests and a large sofa along with flat screen tv. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, luxury linens, closet and flat screen tv. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, luxury linens, closet and flat screen tv. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, luxury linens, closet and flat screen tv. Our full bathroom features luxury towels and hotel toiletries. Our driveway can accommodate 1 car with additional parking at our other home one block away. We are two blocks to King Street. Guests can enjoy complimentary cable & wi fi along with concierge services.

We offer complimentary concierge services to all guests including but not limited to dining recommendations, reservations, event tickets, sailing excursions, fishing charters, harbor cruises, private chefs, nanny services, baby equipment rentals, beach equipment rentals, professional photography, grocery delivery and airport transportation.

Please be advised that we are a non-smoking property and any guests in violation of this under the Terms of our Listing and / or Short Term Rental Agreement, will void their CSA insurance policy and therefore be personally responsible for any damages. Parties are prohibited.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Awful communication
Host ignored my messages for a week. My husband and I were travelling from Florida for a wedding and when I texted the host after still not hearing anything, I received no response but got an email saying my stay was cancelled because the host sold the property.

Owner does NOT provide check-in instructions or respond to any messages prior to hour of check-in time. You have to go to the rental WITHOUT check-in information or communication with owner and then will receive it. Other than no communication prior to time of arrival, the location was great and the airbnb was very nice/clean. Just bring your own sheets for air mattress and bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

Short Weekend in CHS
The property was exactly what my groups of friends was looking for when we came to Charleston for a short weekend. It was walkable to King Street and cute coffee shops nearby. We did run out of toilet paper.

Mold Everywhere
We booked this for a girlfriend weekend away. When we arrived, there was black mold coming out of all of the vents and wet water/moldy spots on several locations of the ceiling. We notified the host and she said that it was "not the bad kind of mold and they were planning to paint over it next week". We did not feel comfortable staying there. I can only imagine what it looks like behind the walls and in the vents. We left immediately and found another place to stay.

BLACK MOLD SPECIAL!!!!!
#1.This rental was the biggest disappointment of our week long girls trip. Upon arrival we discovered all the places throughout the unit that had water intrusion and mold, ignored and not remediated….it was not a new occurrence. It was a poorly supplied/stocked kitchen and a barely furnished unit. Also, our parking space was occupied by someone else both days. Thus was very inconvenient unpacking and packing up as we parked at a random house two blocks away. The issues weren’t correctable during our stay….only an alternate site would have solved the problems. We would not rent this unit again. #2.Do not consider renting this house for your stay in Charleston. When we arrived, the parking spot assigned to us was taken. It remained taken for the two nights we stayed. The property is on a busy street with no parking, so we were directed to another spot two blocks away. Quite inconvenient. The inside of the house was uncomfortable. The living room couch had stains and mold was spotted on the kitchen ceiling. These initial impressions made for the feeling of uncleanliness. Washing up or showering in the shower were not appealing. The bedrooms were adequate, although one of them had mold on the ceiling as well. Take note that the mold was black. Do not consider renting this house for your stay in Charleston. #3.The shower had moldy corners; there were inediquate beddings; the stains on the couch were disgusting; the top step on the outside staircase is wobbly.MOLD!
