We had a nice stay for our girl’s trip. Located close to the activities we participated in. The only suggestion we have is the outside area by the stairs should be cleaned up. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, offered tons of amenities.

The apartment was in a great location and very roomy. It was also well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The only con was the parking spaces were very tight and the corner spot we were assigned was especially challenging to pull in and out. However, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, completely updated, and beautifully decorated. Parking was impossible. There are 6 units in the 2 buildings and there is definitely not room for 6 cars, and we are not talking about larger cars. We had to find street parking one night because we could not get into our spot. Some of the assigned spots are easy to access but not ours.

The accommodation was in a great location, very clean and enough room for our group. Only concern was the shared parking lot- tight for 5 cars but the host was very helpful and responded quickly to remedy the parking. So no complaints. Would stay again.

This was a very comfortable and clean 3rd floor apartment in downtown Charleston. It is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath, with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The pictures accurately show the space.

Property was very clean and great location. The property manager was a good communicator and check in process was smooth. The space itself was a little smaller than we expected but that is typical for older homes. We enjoyed our stay!

The parking situation was extremely disappointing and fell significantly short of what was advertised. In reality, the available space could accommodate only approximately four midsize vehicles, which was far less than expected. Several neighbors expressed frustration with the discrepancy between the parking accommodations that were advertised and what was actually provided. Additionally, the garbage bin occupied an entire parking space, further reducing the already limited availability. There was also a wooden post positioned in a way that made it nearly impossible to exit a parking space if another vehicle was parked next to you. Overall, the parking arrangements were inadequate, poorly designed, and misrepresented, creating unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for guests.

This house was perfect for our work trip. I didn’t realize it would be in the 3rd floor but that is likely a miss on my part. The house was nice and well suited. I actually really appreciated the small touches like the sound machines in each room.
