Perched above the bluffs & overlooking one of San Diego's top Surfing locations - Beacon's Beach. Just 4 house separate you from the entrance to Beacon's access point. Enjoy endless sunsets, and sit down view of the surfers both from the balcony and inside the home - in the living room and Master bedroom. This upstairs duplex unit lives like a single family home, with private access, separate driveway with 2 dedicated parking spaces including a 2-car garage. Fully upgraded, furnished interior - with designer finishes throughout. It is a truly magical place that you will not want to leave.

We have minimum stay requirement of week-long rentals which primarily have check-in and check out days on Saturday; based on minimizing long calendar vacancies.
For stays over 31 day, no short term local tax is due. Please send us an inquiry message and we can remove the tax from those longer stays.
Special Monthly rates are as follows for stays 31 days or longer;
Jan- March: $14K, April-May: $15k, June: $23K, July: $30K, Aug: $26K, Sept: 18K, Oct-Dec: $14K

Prime location and views

Great location in nice surf town, on the best street in Leucadia. Unblocked views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Property was clean and stocked with everything needed. Walkable to coffee and shops. Definitely recommend.

Perfect beach house

The house was beyond our expectations!! Amazing view of the ocean and so nice to listen to the crashing waves. The place was clean and roomy for all of our family! It had all the house and beach amenities we needed. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We definitely hope to come and stay again!

Excellent stay

Home was very clean. Beautiful ocean view just like the pictures show. Owner was excellent to deal with. Note the coastal train comes through so there is some noise from that. Home is fully stocked with everything you need and has plenty of beach toys as well. Very close to great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We had an excellent stay and didn’t want to leave.

Glorious Retreat

We treated ourselves to a weeklong stay at this property to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. This truly is a special property. The ocean views are amazing, the condo is beautiful, and the location is highly desirable. The condo is well-equipped with everything one needs, tastefully decorated, and with comfortable beds. There are a lot of things to walk to within easy walking distance. This is one of the best rental properties my wife and I have experienced and we recommend staying here with no reservations whatsoever.

Just Beautiful!

Gorgeous view out of this beautiful property. I spent hours just watching the surfers who were directly outside our location every day from dawn to dusk. The place was immaculate. The property manager was very responsive, great to work with. Already planning our next visit.

Best ocean views ever!

I stayed here for 8 nights with my 2 oldest (adult) sons. We can’t wait to return. Our weather wasn’t the greatest, but the house was cozy and comfortable. The instant fireplace was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. House was stocked with basic supplies. The location couldn’t be beat. Parking was easy - we had 2 cars. The master bathroom was special. Ocean views while showering! There is even a pull-out sofa bed in the very large living area. My son chose to sleep there rather than the triple-bunk bed room, which would be great for a family with smaller kids. We left the bed open, as there is also a cozy sectional couch in front of TV. Communication was easy with property manager. Did I mention the views? Cannot be beat. We loved everything about this place.

Amazing niche on the dunes of a spectacular beach

My family and I just spent 5 weeks here and had an amazing time! We we’re originally booked for 4 weeks but extended it another week. The rental has gorgeous views from the living room/family room and the master bedroom, we saw dolphins and there’s a constant full line up of surfers to watch all from the living room.

Great location, stunning views

My family and I stayed here for ten days and had a wonderful time enjoying Beacon’s Beach, the local places to eat, and the incredible views! Being able to use the garage was great, and there was one bike, four beach chairs and boogie boards too—great for those of us flying in. Communication with the owner was easy, she was very responsive and considerate. We would stay again, thanks for a great vacation!

Estuvimos pasando unos días en esta casa de Leucadia, la verdad que fue una experiencia increíble. La casa está divina y muy similar a como se ve en las fotos. Beautiful Spot in Perfect Location

Perfect location for a Leucadia vacation - walking distance to both shops, restaurants and coffee shops as well as a stone's throw away from Beacons. Beautifully remodeled interiors and the primary bedroom is absolutely stunning.

Unbelievable oceanfront experience!

My husband and I stayed here for a month to kick off our retirement and what an awesome experience it was. The views are mesmerizing! One of the most relaxing and beautiful settings we could have hoped for. Jen was extremely responsive to all of our needs and any issues we had were rectified very quickly. She is very easy to work with, from getting the reservation established (which required some flexibility during covid and Jen was very accommodating) to being accessible and responsive during our stay. We can’t say enough about the amazing views and updated interior of this place. Waking up to the ocean every morning from the master bedroom, to watching the dolphins play in the surf, to catching beautiful sunsets in front of the huge windows everyday is something that will stay in our memories forever. The kitchen is very spacious with two sinks and ocean views from every angle, it’s a chef’s delight. Some noise from the nearby train can be heard in the guest room so earplugs might be suggested, but the ocean drowns out the sound in the master. The beds are extremely comfortable and the place was well stocked with linens, toilet paper, soap, shampoos and other cleaning necessities. This was truly a magical experience for us and we will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you Jen for a wonderful stay in your beautiful slice of heaven.

Absolutely fabulous place!

Our family stayed here for a week and enjoyed every single day of our stay. Jennifer made everything so easy and was great to communicate with. The view is spectacular and the huge windows made you feel like you were on top of the ocean. Feels brand new inside with beautiful finishes throughout. The photos don't even do it justice. You will not be disapointed. Awesome location with easy access to the beach and restaurants.
