Why they chose this property
We bought the property in 2013, we've rented before and actually owned a few properties in Arizona, but then the 2008 crash happened. We love our house and tried to add personal details to it that make it our own. Why rent? well for two main reasons. 1) Money. Although I can say I have a good job, having a second source of income will help us save more. 2) Katja and the kids, usually take long vacations to Mexico, visiting family and such, however I need to stay for work reasons. It is a waste of space just to have the house for only me.
What makes this property unique
The the house backs into a natural spring which provides beautiful backdrop of trees and a high degree of privacy. We built a charcoal grill that is very good for gatherings and bbq. The location is centric and 15 min away to a ton of amenities. And what can I say, :), we are in love with the property.
