This urban retreat is equipped with modern comforts to help you ease into vacation mode, including a washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, and all of your kitchen and bathroom basics.

Booking Policies
1. Pets : We welcome dogs for **$150** per pet per stay, up to 2.
2. Guest's Agreement - The responsible guest must sign a Guest Agreement before arrival instructions are provided.
3. Guest Count - The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Pricing does change with the number of guests because our turnover costs are variable.
4. Utility Costs : for rentals of 28 days or longer, utility deposit may be required. Inquire for more details if you are booking a 28+ day reservation.
5. Security Cameras : There are three cameras installed: one is a doorbell camera, another is positioned in front of the large window on Scovel St, and the third is in front of the garage. Please note that the garage camera is currently inactive.
6. Security Deposit : A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings.
7. Early Check-in/ Late check-outs are available upon request for $75 and dependant based on availability.

Wonderful Nashville Stay

Really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very clean and well-kept. Property manager was very communicable and accommodating. Location was good for getting around Nashville, close to highway access and lots of restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely consider coming back for a stay.

College friends 50th Birthday Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in Nashville. The accommodations were great. 4 of us shared one of the top flor bedrooms, one of 2 others stayed in the other bedrooms. The location was far enough from the action downtown that we did need to taxi but there were plenty of taxi/Lyft rides available with very little wait times. There is also a grocery nearby if you need to purchase any groceries. The views from the roof were amazing and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. I would highly recommend booking the Dream House for your getaway.

Fun Stay Over New Year's

Stayed here during New Years week, and it was a great overall place for enjoying the Nashville experience. Short drive or Uber ride to Broadway, the Gulch, or the Vanderbilt/Belmont area. Place is clean and roomy, plenty of space for our family of 4 (grown/teen kids). Rooftop deck is awesome -- amazing views of the city skyline and we got lucky with some warm December days and could enjoy drinks up there as well as the New Years fireworks. Kitchen is updated with plenty of utensils for cooking if you choose to eat in. Definitely recommend this place for families looking to check out this amazing city for the first time.

Beautiful Property

My husband & I stayed here with another couple. This place was so pretty, super clean, decorated well & just a fun place to be! (I’m a hotel snob) The private rooftop was amazing with gorgeous views of downtown, wish we had more nights to spend up there! Already scheduling nights at home so we can enjoy it more next visit! Transportation was easy- Uber/Lyft. Have already recommended this place to friends!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Why they chose this property

There are so many great things about this property and why I decided to choose it. To start, these are the most beautiful new construction townhomes in the city. The insides are done very well with hardwood floors throughout.

The rooftop and views are what will make this one of the top properties in Nashville to experience. The views of the city you catch from the 2nd floor patio off the kitchen, from the bedroom windows and most spectacular are the views off from the 360 degree rooftop. The rooftop terrace is spacious, thoughtfully laid out and an entertainers delight.

The neighborhood is on the up and up and the potential to be one of the best neighborhoods in the country is there.

What makes this property unique

On top of high end furnishings and fantasizing views, the property is great for larger groups. The open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining room allow there to easily seat a dozen people comfortably.

The rooftop will compete for one of the best and largest townhome rooftops in Nashville. With a fire pit and BBQ on the roof, this is ideal for any group looking to spend some time together.
