Fantastic house with large fenced yard, across the street from beach and walkover. Two blocks from local market, four blocks from Folly pier and center of town. Protected outside shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand between your toes! Great ocean views from two decks. Enclosed back porch/sunroom just off the kitchen which leads down to the grill. We also provide baby equipment (high chair, baby gates, pak'n'play) so it is one less thing to pack.
Spacious eat-in kitchen with a great farm table which seats 8 people and updated stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There is cable TV in the first floor bedroom, living room and 3rd floor. There is a nice GE washer and dryer in the sunroom/enclosed porch on the first floor. The house also has wireless internet service and central heat and air conditioning. There are children's beach toys, boogie boards and one beginner surfboard for tenants use as well as beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Avoid the hassle of the paid parking lots in town and park your car in the private off street parking at the house. There's no need to drive to explore all the cute shops and restaurants since it's an easy stroll to Center Street and the Folly Beach Pier. Our yard is large by beach standards and completely fenced. There are double gates at the driveway entrance which are able close. There is an outdoor propane grill to eat all the great beach cookout meals.



There is a separate storage area for house keeping use only. This space is not occupied or for rent and is not included in the square footage of the rental house.
