This beautiful condo is steps away from one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida, and close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and more! Relax on your private, spacious lanai as boats pass, dolphins play and pelicans soar by. Only 350 steps from our front door you’ll find Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, with a beautiful mangrove canopy opening to a wide white sandy beach. To the south it’s just a short walk to the La Playa, Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton.

The Baypoint condo complex includes amenities such as a large swimming pool/hot tub, barbecue area, fishing, and plenty of parking. This sought-after area in North Naples is just steps from Vanderbilt Beach, and a short drive from some of the best shopping in the country at the Mercato Shops, Pavilion, Venetian Village and Waterside Shops.

Our condo has everything you need and more! New in 2021 - bathrooms have been upgraded with shaker cabinets, granite countertops and a new faucet and sink. Recent updates have been designed to create a beachy, modern feel with new cabinets, granite countertops/kitchen sink, new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, updated paint, new lighting/fixtures, and modern furniture/décor/linens. Enjoy a brand new washer and dryer set, as well as new high-end mattresses.

The condo features a spacious living area with a large kitchen and dining area, breakfast nook, family room and large bedrooms. Enjoy views from the large kitchen window overlooking the gulf to the living room overlooking the intercoastal canal and marina, perfect for viewing wildlife and birds. This unit includes updated kitchenware including a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as plenty of beach toys and chairs. We hope you make it your home away from home in paradise!

Couldn’t be happier with this choice. It exceeded our expectations in terms of location, layout, decor, and cleanliness. The host/owner took the initiative to call during our stay to ensure our satisfaction which we greatly appreciated. Our hope is to return and secure this same property should conditions warrant. While perfect for two couples, we sometimes travel with a larger group. We highly recommend this property.

The unit was better than the pictures show. Everything was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time there, enjoyed the view from the lanai watching the boaters, various bird species and even some dolphins going by. It was very nice to be so close to wiggins beach as well. We enjoyed it so much we even stayed 2 extra days. John the owner was very helpful with a few questions that we had when we arrived. We recommend this condo very highly for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Great condo with everything you would need for your stay. Wonderful location with just a few minute walk to the beach. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing and we would often see dolphin playing around. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Stayed at this location several times. This unit did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would need. Huge lanai to spend time on watching boats go by as well occasional dolphin sightings. Within walking distance to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Great pool & spa to relax in. Short drive to many restaurants and shopping.

Lovely Stay

The condo is as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. Easy walk to beach, even if you have small children. John our host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was modern and spacious. The location was better than expect with a 4 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had all the amenities you would want and super clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. My family and I had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is very nice and up to date. The view from the Lanai was the best. Located right next to Delnorr Wiggins state park with the best beach. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to booking again in the near future.
