Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 3 Familien (6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern) genossen. Das Haus liegt optimal in einem kleinen Wäldchen mit sehr wenig Verkehr. In nicht einmal 5 Minuten ist man in Leon und in 15-20 Minuten am Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und vor allem der nagelneue amerikanische Kühlschrank ist spitze. Die Betten waren angenehm und in einem guten Zustand. Der Pool ist grundsätzlich klasse. Leider war er schon von Beginn an schmutzig. Der Roboter zum Saubermachen funktioniert nicht mehr gut. Deshalb haben wir den Dreck vom Boden nicht wegbekommen. Zudem war der Außenbereich allgemein nicht sauber. Grundsätzlich täte diesem eine Renovierung mal nicht schaden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine klasse Zeit und die Gegend und der Atlantik sind der Hammer :-)

Maison et situation idéale pour un séjour en famille de trois générations

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, nous serions bien restés une semaine supplémentaire ! Peut-être reviendrons nous car il y a plein de choses à faire et la maison est vraiment très belle et agréable à vivre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Nous avons bien profité de la belle et grande piscine, du spa et du sauna. L'océan est à un quart d'heure avec la très belle plage de Moliets. Location de vélos à Léon où il y a un marché vraiment sympa tous les jours. Merci pour la disponibilité de Pascal qui nous a très gentiment accueilli ! Merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés!

Un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison .Ses grands espaces nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments en famille. (Très bien équipée, grande piscine, pas de vis à vis, environnement calme).Merci à notre hôte pour le cadeau de bienvenue et à Pascal pour son accueil. Un seul bémol , en cette semaine de forte chaleur, la température élevée à l'étage.

Un agréable séjour en famille dans cette belle maison au calme et très bien équipée aussi bien en accessoires loisirs qu’en ustensiles pour la cuisine un coin salon extérieur au top ainsi que la terrasse abritée très pratique.

Séjour parfait

Un super accueil par Pascal. La maison est charmante, très bien placée (au calme) et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du confort de la maison (sauna et balnéothérapie). Les enfants ont adoré la grande piscine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore pour cette jolie parenthèse.

The house was everything we hoped for! There were 6 of us for 2 weeks and 10 for 4 days in the middle. The pool was delightful. The house and grounds were immaculate and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Maison a un grand potentiel

La climatisation de la grande salle à manger n’a jamais fonctionné, les câbles électriques n’étaient pas branchés et les autres climatisations il y a un minuteur qui coupe l’alimentation des climatisations pendant la journée, en pleine canicule. La deuxième semaine, nous avons eu la fausse sceptique qui a débordée et inondée toute la salle de bain. En plus du nettoyage, nous avons eu une très mauvaise odeur provenant de la douche de la salle de bain du bas dans toute la maison pendant le reste du séjour. Mr. Pascal a vidé la fausse sceptique, nous mettant au courant que cela arrive souvent. C’est bien dommage, car la maison a un grand potentiel avec la piscine et les équipements intérieurs. Dommage ses détailles mentionnés les années antérieurs.

Séjour à découvrir.

Séjour court mais très agréable. Grand merci au propriétaire et à Pascal qui nous a très bien accueillis. Si vous aimez le calme cette maison est faite pour vous. En plus le village de Léon est tout proche et il n'y a que l'embarras du choix pour se restaurer et se divertir.

Grundreinigung erforderlich

Toller Pool mit Abdeckung und 28-29 Grad warm! Leider grünes Wasser, Boden und Stufen schmierig.... Außenanlagen ziemlich wildwuchsartig... Aus der Dunstabzugshaube über der Plancha tropft das Fett herunter... Ganzes Haus einschließlich Geschirr klebt..... Kühlschrank-Innenleben sehr heruntergekommen, alle Teile lose, falsch eingebaut usw. Für 3 Wochen 1 Handtuch pro Person und eine Bettwäsche-Garnitur....... Nachfrage erforderlich! Keine Reinigungstücher vorhanden, selbst mitbringen! Lage sehr ruhig, wer seeehr viel Wald mag.... und nichts gegen große Spinnen hat, wird sich wohlfühlen. Wir hatten 3 Wochen lang einen kleinen Mitbewohner: eine kleine Maus! Haust zwischen hinter dem Kühlschrank und Eigenbau in der Couch..... Résumé: Müsste nicht noch einmal sein! Einzig Pascal, der sich um das Haus und um die Gäste kümmert ist super in Ordnung und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht!

Une belle demeure au calme

Très bien accueilli par Pascal qui a pu pallier à de petits soucis La maison est très bien agencée pour un bon séjour familial de 2 semaines. Rien ne manque et la piscine fut fort appréciée. Proche de la mer 20 minutes au plus ,au calme en pleine nature permettant de profiter des Landes.

Très bon séjour; lieu idéal pour se ressourcer.

Pour un premier séjour dans les Landes, nous avons vraiment apprécié les lieux. Les points majeurs sont le calme, la nature environnante, la proximité de la ville de Léon (3 kms) sans en avoir les inconvénients. L'accueil et le suivi est assuré par Pascal, toujours disponible et bienveillant. La villa est spacieuse , la piscine permet de se détendre après une journée de marche, la literie (chambre du bas) est de bonne qualité, et les repas pris sur la terrasse avec la plancha en mode de cuisson , ont été un véritable plaisir.

Sehr ruhig trotz Corona

Hatten Pech mit Covid, am Anreisetag zum Risikogebiet erklärt, ließ sich aber mit Pool und sehr geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Haus wunderbar aushalten, Strand auch leer und traumhaft... Dank an Robin und Pascal für die tolle Unterstützung

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très bonne literie, salon de piscine très confortable. Piscine très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Intérieur ouvert et chaleureux. Vues extérieures arborées. Juste quelques petits équipements qui mériteraient une révision pour l'année prochaine (éclairage piscine, ventilateur, sauna). Pascal est très serviable et disponible. Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui a accueilli nos 2 familles (6 ados et 4 adultes). Pascal nous a bien accueilli, nous vous remercions pour les cadeaux de bienvenue. La piscine, les terrasses, la sdb (avec sauna et jacuzzi) ont été très appréciées. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. La maison est située à 12 km de l'océan et à 6 min du lac (pedalo, canoë...). Boulangerie et supermarché à 3 min. Nous recommandons cette maison. Merci beaucoup

Quel cadre enchanteur pour cette maison acceuillant notre famille nombreuse...l agencement de la maison à permis à chacun de se reposer à sa guise...entre lac et océan piscine ballade dans les bois...et un Pascal si discrètement et efficacement présent suoer on revient l année prochaine

Week end en famille au top !

A notre arrivée, après une longue route, accueil parfait (avec une délicate attention de bienvenue) par Pascal, disponible et vraiment sympa. La location est très bien située, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons autant apprécié les extérieurs (piscine et terrasses) que l’intérieur . Belles balades à pieds à faire en compagnie de la gentille cannelle. En résumé : nous avons passé un super week end en famille, sous le soleil landais. Si l’occasion se représente, nous n’hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Une très bonne surprise !

Propre, bien équipé, déco agréable/ Les plus : le grand salon de jardin pour s'étendre après le piscine chauffée et la salle de bain avec le sauna et la balnéo (qui venait juste d'être réparée, surprise, on ne savait pas qu'il y en avait une). Hôte très gentils, explique bien les trucs à faire dans le coin.
