FREE DIGITAL AMENITY CARDS!!!!! This upgraded luxury king bedroom condo with covered deck is beachfront, oceanfront, with beach pools and restaurants and is dog friendly! Your condo is 6 steps to private access of Pelican Beach via your own boardwalk over dunes and sea oats: seconds to sand, surf, sun and dolphins. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 babies under 2 years old. License # STR25-000112. You are welcome to come at NOON to set up digital amenity cards, vehicle pass and go to pools, beach and restaurants on the day of your arrival. Your condo will be cleaned and digitally open at 4PM, and we will text you if it's ready sooner!
Enjoy FREE DIGITAL AMENITY CARDS you need to access Seabrook Island’s private resort pools, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and country club facilities. Seabrook Island is 'cash-less', making amenity cards a necessity. To pre-order your cards, plus get “how-to” instructions with parking/gate pass and island entry information, complete the Seabrook Island Guest Registration sent to your email.
Your condo has a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin bed in an ottoman and another twin bed in the chair-and-a-half and a queen-sized all-night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy heart of pine flooring, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.
Complimentary Digital Amenity Cards are included for your free access to Seabrook Island`s private club amenities including: all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, indoor pool, gym, 3 country club restaurants, marina, docks and shops, 2 golf courses, library, equestrian center and tennis and pickleball courts. Daily use of the gym and indoor pool costs $15/day and discounted packages are available. The amenity card has a refundable $15 deposit.
We accept dogs only under 35 lbs., but call if over for special breed consideration. The per pet fee is $175. Our white furniture is covered, but extra dog linens and crates are appreciated. This is a NO Smoking condo. Smokeless electric grill is provided as Seabrook Island does not allow using any grill, cooker or heating device heated by fire.
Please provide your email and phone number so that we may send you the Guest and Vehicle Registration forms for your electronic signature. Your $115 reservation fees include the vehicle parking pass for your entire stay.
Seabrook Island Guest registration form is required and emailed to guest for additional info and electronic signature. Amenity Cards must be linked to credit card as no cash is accepted at pools, restaurants, etc. We accept up to 2 dogs only who weigh less than 35 pounds each. Per pet cleaning fee is $175, no exception for service animal. Call if your dog(s) weigh(s) more or are specially trained for permission. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Must be 24 years old to rent. All rentals are subject to $175 cleaning fee, $75 resort fee and $40 parking pass. SC hospitality tax rate is 13%. Due to credit card fees, refunds are limited to 96.4% of payments actually received and sent via check at end of month.

And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not leave all your worries outside the gate.
Why they chose this property
On the way to Seabrook, the minute you exit Charleston and set out on a road framed by 100 year old oak trees draped in curtains of Spanish moss, it feels like you're driving through to a secluded paradise. And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not let all your worries be checked at the gate.
What makes this property unique
One of the best parts of our condo are the sunsets from our cool deck! Living on the East Coast, it's rare you get a chance to watch the sunset over the water but that's exactly what you can enjoy from our deck. It is also directly on the beach so put on a bathing suit, grab a towel, walk out the deck and you are on the beach! No driving and finding parking. No hiking with coolers and beach chairs for miles. Just pure unadulterated ease and relaxation. We are so close to the beach, in fact, that you need not even leave your deck to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles that are sure to entertain you.
