Maison bien située avec calme et espace mais difficile d'avoir plusieurs interlocuteurs

Localisation et espace impeccable. Propreté à revoir avec photos à l'appui au besoin , les poubelles débordent à notre arrivée on nous dit enlèvement mardi et jeudi alors que les poubelles passent tous les jours. Obligés de prévenir que le robinet baignoire est descellé et le robinet lavabo éclabousse partout cela ne date pas d'hier d'après le plombier intervenu rapidement. Les ventilateurs dégoutants donc malsains. Code à flasher pour état des lieux n'existe pas. Difficile d'avoir des informations fiables entre vous et l'agence : cautions différentes, heure d'arrivée aussi et je n'ai jamais eu de détails sur la taxe de séjour de plus de 50€. A signaler baignoire très haute ce qui peut être une gêne pour personnes âgées et bien redire clim seulement dans le salon. Ce qui est appréciable le lieu proche plage et commerces, le jardin, le calme, le stationnement sécurisé dans la résidence à coté (à préciser aussi). Enfin le prix relativement cher pour les services mais qui s'explique par le nombre d'intermédiaires Foncia et vous.
