The house is lovely, immaculately clean, and well stocked with simple items that every one realizes, too late, that they need. Our crew consisted of grandparents, parents, and little ones. There was plenty of room and comfort for all.The location is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many restaurants and local attractions. We definitely recommend.

This house was perfectly situated for us. It was close to all the things we wanted to do without having to get on the interstate. The neighborhood is nice with lots of friendly bicyclists, walkers, and a nice view of Lookout Mountain. The playground around the corner was great for the boys in the evenings. The house was adequately furnished and everything worked well. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. The communication was a bit weird since it is managed by a "property management group" so communication was through email from a different company.

Prompt reply and resolution to small issue upon arrival. Excellent location in St Elmo neighborhood. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a lot of fun exploring the Incline Railway, Point Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City, Chattanooga ChooChoo, Tennessee Aquarium, Pinball Museum, Tennessee Valley Railroad, Chattanooga Trolley Tours and all the local places in between.
