Upstairs: Mezzanine with office area open to the living room, bedroom 4 with 1 double bed and closet and adjoining shower room with w-c. Beautiful and large wooden sun terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols. Swimming pool secured by a motorized shelter.

Equipment: Fridge / freezer, 4 plates (3 with gas + 1 electric), oven,
microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, charcoal BBQ, deckchairs and garden furniture.
