Large 7 Bedroom Home in the Heart of Dutch Country--perfect for large groups

This former bed & breakfast is the perfect home to host a large family, couples' retreat, or a sports team with seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. The spacious living room and dining room feature beautiful hardwood floors and a wool rug. A finished family room (with full bathroom) in the basement gives plenty of room for everyone to socialize. The dining room has table seating for 10, plus 4 more at the high-top table in the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a modern stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and dishwasher. A large capacity washer & dryer are also available for use. Six of the seven bedrooms have queen-sized beds, with the remaining one having two twin beds. A large outdoor patio with tables and chairs is a great place to enjoy a meal outdoors. The beautiful grounds host a variety of perennials for your enjoyment during your stay.

Located just 10 minutes from historic downtown Lancaster and 10 minutes north of Sight and Sound, this home is just a stone's throw from the outlet malls, Amish farms, restaurants, and roadside stands. Spooky Nook Sports is an easy 17 minute drive away.

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely home. The updates to the eat in kitchen were so awesome! Having a dinning room that could accommodate our entire group for meals and game times as well as comfortable living room seating made for such an enjoyable time together. Every bedroom having it's own bathroom is pretty much unheard of and made this our preferred place to stay. The location is superb, being right at the traffic light and close to everything. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Family Trip in Amish Countryside

Nine retired siblings and spouses spent three fun days at this spacious and comfortable rental home in the heart of Amish countryside.Enjoyed a bus ride touring much of the local farms and our driver provided so much information regarding the lifestyle of the Amish people who live here.Spent all three evenings on back patio enjoying the fire pit and good conversation. Love this home and would recommend to anyone.

We loved the space, a bath for each bedroom, convenient location to anything and everything in Lancaster/Amish Country. Especially loved the horses everywhere and the lights at Stone Gables Estate.

Perfect for group of friends

This is the best place we've stayed as a group of friends. Everyone gets their own room and private bath. Owner was communicative and accommodating to our requests. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful Reunion Rental

So glad we chose this rental for our annual “High School Girlfriends’ Reunion.” It was roomy enough for our group of 13 and provided the amenities and comfort for our week’s stay. The location was perfect for access to all the activities and attractions of Lancaster County. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.

A great place to stay. So many area to be together and visit. Ours was a family from three different states. We used grill and ate outside. Close to every thing we wanted to see. Would choose again for large group.

Great house!

Our friend group of 8 stayed over President’s Day weekend. Immaculately clean. We had a gift box from the host waiting for us. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Very close to the outlets and other attractions. Big kitchen for us all to cook in and hang out. Nancy was very helpful when we had questions. Thank you, Nancy!

Perfect for our family reunion weekend

The house is perfectly situated and immaculately clean. The back yard is a little slice of heaven and you can tell it’s been lovingly taken care of for many years. There was ample space for our family to hang out and play games and enough privacy to steal some quiet time too. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful house and lovely host and hostess. The house was nice for a larger group. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working but the host offered to wash dishes after we left. Obviously, we still had to wash lots of dishes in a four day stay. I hope the dishwasher is able to be fixed quickly.

Convenient location. Very well laid out floor plan for a large group.

We plan to stay here again. The property does need some maintenance to make it shine particularly outside. Overall, we loved our visit. The three bedrooms on the main floor worked great for elderly ladies who are unable to go up stairs. The master bedroom has a soaker tub, but no shower, so the guests staying in that room used a shower in a different bedroom. The large living room and dining area are all one room allowing lots of fellowship of the 11 ladies in our group. Great property!!

We enjoyed the outdoor space and appreciated the spacious rooms for our sisters group. Watching the interesting Amish buggies at the intersection outside the front windows was a daily treat. Everything we needed was provided.

This home was well maintained and clean. Plenty of rooms an bathrooms to go around. The dining room and living room were a very nice size, The large, finished basement was an added bonus. Despite being close to a major road, the noise level was minimal. However, the location perfect. Everything you'd need was close at hand. The back yard was cozy, spacious and quiet. If you are looking to get together with a large group, this home is perfect!

Excellent propery, clean, inviting and perfect for the 8 non-coupled adults who shared the home.The familyroom in the basement with full bath was the cherry in top, such a great space. Yard was awesome, we spent a lot if time out there and got to know the neighbors chicken who joined us daily. Highly recommend. Only thing is it is on a busy road, which I am use to but may be distracting to others.

Scott family reunion.

A family of 19 adults and one teen booked this house and the smaller house next door for a 3 day weekend. Between the 2 houses we had plenty of bedrooms, and we especially liked that in this house all the bedrooms had a private bath. One bedroom only had a jetted tub but there was an extra bathroom in the basement with a shower which that guest used instead. Everyone commented that these houses were the cleanest that we have seen in 20 years of renting houses for our family reunion. Nobody had any complaints, which is a plus and very unusual for our group. Since the dining area was smaller in this house we had breakfast here and lunch and dinner in the smaller house that had more room for additional folding tables and chairs which the host provided. Some past guests had mentioned the noise from the road but most of the time the only loud noise was from a motorcycle taking off at the traffic light right outside the house. Only those with bedrooms close to the road even noticed the noise. To me it was no worse than a motel room close to a highway. A plus was watching the Amish go by with their horse and buggy.The host was great, leaving us a welcome gift, and checking in to make sure everything was ok. I have corresponded with her since leaving and she is quick to reply. We are already making plans to return again next year. I would have no hesitation to recommend either of these houses.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was roomy and comfortable. The location is amazing - easy to access and close to everything. The backyard is beautiful - the children enjoyed the swing set, while the adults sat under the massive shade trees! The roomy basement was a big plus on our rainy days! It was nice to have the convenience of two smart tv’s, too! The coffee bar was well stocked and beautifully laid out! Our host was quick to respond to questions and very hospitable!
