My only complaint was that I did ask for a complete price that included everything, and it was not given, instead the ammenity cards were added in, then the 12% fee was added in and then after we were there we had to send the pet fee in. Maybe this is just how things are done. But it was a beautiful house and a lovely neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from the main roads. It was a bit of a drive to beach, but worth it to enjoy a quieter location. The neighborhood was full of deer, and we saw several alligators, including a huge one! We would stay here again.
