All rooms of our south-facing peaceful villa, located in a secured residence of the Valcros domain, offer wonderful panoramic sea views of the Hyères islands (Port Cros and Porquerolles) and the entire valley. The Valcros domain is located between beaches and nature, in the hills of Maures (Municipality of Londe-les-Maures), next to an 18-hole golf course, 10 min from the beaches, 20 min from the airport and from Hyères railway station, 30 min from Toulon HSR railway station, and 30 min away from Saint Tropez. It is a high-quality building on two levels, featuring a living room and a fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen with large windows opening onto terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a balcony offers a dominant view of sea and valley. In another single-floor wing, 2 bedrooms with a sea-view terrace, a shower room, a separate toilet, and closets are located. Outside, beach chairs surround a large infinity-edge heated pool (10 x 5m) that cannot be looked onto from the outside. It lies in a beautiful garden full of Mediterranean essences, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. Just next to it, there is a large pool house with a teak dining room, a shower, and a toilet.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen gebucht und konnten uns voll und ganz erholen und entspannen. Die Villa ist absolut ruhig gelegen mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht. Der Empfang war tadellos und auch die Besitzer waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden gerne noch einmal zurück kommen.

Toller Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch! Leider hat es nur in den Schlafräumen eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber sehr gut und leise. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Informationen. Auch mit unserem Hund hat alles geklappt. Danke für den tollen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une vue époustouflante !

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour - la villa est parfaitement située au calme avec une vue à 180 degrés sur les îles - on ne se lasse pas de cette vue - avec la grande piscine et le barbecue extérieur, il n’en fallait pas plus pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Bref nous recommandons vivement cette location.

This villa has amazing views and is situated in a quiet hillside location. It is even better than its description and we have just had a 2 weeks stay. Lots of great places to visit in easy driving distance and some special restaurants too. We come to the South of France most summers and as always it has been really lovely.

Cela fait 2 ans que nous allons dans cette magnifique villa et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, la vue est imprenable et on passe un très bon moment au calme. La piscine est nickel, tout est à disposition, transats, parasol, barbecue, rien ne manque, on se croit chez soi. C'est un vrai coin de paradis dont on ne se lasse pas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette région magnifique et dans des conditions exceptionnelles au mois de septembre. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le confort est au rendez-vous et la literie irréprochable. Les extérieurs sont "top" et la vue juste exceptionnelle. La piscine idéalement chauffée nous a permis d'en profiter pleinement. Le calme y est très appréciable. Très gentil accueil de madame Ute Lin et grande disponibilité de madame Barras. A beautiful home!

The property was everything that we hoped it would be! The location was outstanding with the most fantastic view and quiet surroundings. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. It didn't matter which bedroom you had as the view was beautiful from each one. The pool was very large and a relief to get into on a very hot day. Dominique, the owner, was very helpful and extremely patient as I asked very many questions!!! The lady who met us and showed us around was friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was a small shop at the bottom of the hill and a supermarket very close by. I felt very safe in the house with the security gates. I would definitely recommend this house!

Tout était parfait, villa magnifique avec tout le confort, piscine et jardin très propres, vue exceptionnelle. Tranquillité au rendez-vous sur les transats à disposition. L’accueil par Ute se fait dans les meilleurs conditions, elle est très gentille et serviable. Que dire de plus si ce n'est, allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus. C'est un vrai coin de paradis. Vacances idylliques !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette magnifique villa. La description et les photos sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. La vue est véritablement grandiose, la maison est vaste et bien équipée (mention spéciale pour la literie !!). Nos contacts avec les propriétaires ont été cordiaux et une réponse rapide (et satisfaisante) a été réservée à nos demandes. A quelques kilomètres, de jolies plages (parking gratuit), des domaines viticoles intéressants, de nombreuses balades (à pied, en vtt, etc). Grand merci !

Magnifique séjour à Valcros

La villa est magnifique et sa situation exceptionnelle par la vue, la tranquillité et le beau jardin. La piscine à débordement offre également un coup d'oeil unique sur la mer et les îles. Elle est entretenue régulièrement et donc toujours très propre. L'équipement, le confort,la propreté des lieux : tout est parfait. Il est à souligner également que la maison - grâce a ses volumes - offre différents espaces de repos (extérieurs et intérieurs) bien appréciables pour qui veut s'isoler un peu. Ces deux semaines à Valcros permettent de découvrir cette belle région encore sauvage à plusieurs endroits. Les vacances ne peuvent être que réussies ! Famille P.Plumettaz

Mooie woning met een schitterend uitzicht op zee

Mooie woning, voorzien van alle gemakken op een schitterende locatie. Mooi aan een prive weg gelegen, afgesloten door middel van een poort (veilig). Het huis heeft een ekker groot zwembad en een lekker overdekt terras waar je prima kunt onbijten, luchen of dineren ondertussen genietend van het schitterende uitzicht. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Verder een prima uitvalsbasis voor La Londe, Hyeres of Saint Tropez. Al met al een topper

magnefique vue - très grand konfort

Très grand confort très propre, les lits fantastiques et une belle literie. Vue à 180 degrés des Maures, direction la Londe et la mer. 10 minutes avec la voiture, vous êtes à La Londe. Plage au Pelegrin est un rêve en Septembre / Octobre. Accès gratuit ensur les rochers de la plage de l'Argentière. Bormes les Mimosas et la Plage la Favière , nous recommandons vivement. A mon avis, il manque un bon restaurant dans la Londe sur la plage. l'Hemingway est très, très trop cher, les autres sont trop touristique. Dans le port de Giens il y a un bon restaurant avec une belle vue. Le petit port est aussi très beau. Merci bien pour la semaine, très calme, relax, konfort, avec une magnefique vue!

Quelle vue, quel calme!

Magnifique maison, très bien entretenue avec une vue à couper le souffle et une super piscine. La suite parentale est superbe, les deux autres chambres sont un peu petites mais c'est un détail. Seul bémol l'accès à la maison qui se fait à pied par une forte pente, pas très pratique... . Les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a accueilli sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit paisible et agréable pour leurs vacances.

Une villa formidable !!

Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé du début à la fin. La villa était parfaite le point de vue nous a encore éblouis même si nous connaissons bien le site de Valcros. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée ce qui est fort appréciable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par son équipement ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était présent voir même plus. La terrasse avec la partie table et la partie salon de jardin était tout simplement parfaite pour admirer confortablement le panorama ! En ce qui concerne la piscine nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée ! Cela permet d'en profiter bien plus dans des conditions optimum. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé l'espace sous la terrasse "cuisine d'été" le fait d'y avoir installé un réfrigérateur, un évier et une table rendait cet endroit très appréciable et fonctionnel ! La communication avec la propriétaire a toujours été parfaite, très rapide et chaleureuse ! En conclusion nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous reviendrons c'est certain !!

Phantastische Villa

Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht sind phantastisch. Hier kann man den Alltag vergessen und die Ruhe genießen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und die Sauberkeit sind hervorragend. Die Eigentümer und die deutschsprachige Hausverwalterin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fahren seit über 30 Jahren nach Südfrankreich und haben schon vile Häser bewohnt; dieses gehört ganz sicher zu den schönsten. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

C'est avec regrets que nous avons laissé derrière nous cette maison située dans un beau domaine sur le flanc de colline. Belle propriété , avec vue sur mer de toutes les terrasses, le débordement de la piscine livre une vue imprenable. Maison spacieuse , agréable à vivre. la climatisation ainsi que les volets électriques permettent de passer de bonnes nuits sur une très bonne literie . Magasins , mer, petits villages, vignobles sont proches....En un mot, nous y retournerons dans cet havre de paix sous ce beau soleil...

Située dans un très beau domaine, nous avons été surpris par la beauté des lieux et le calme y régnant. De toutes les terrasses, nous avions vue sur mer. De la piscine ,le débordement livre une vue imprenable. Superbes Vacances!!

Vue imprenable sur les îles d'Hyères! Belle maison, très bien équipée et très confortable! Située au calme, la maison a un très beau jardin avec une piscine de rêve et de nombreuses terrasses pour se reposer et rêver de pouvoir revenir! Bref, un séjour inoubliable!!
