Fantastic Week!

We loved our stay at Mme Dominique's villa! We hope that we can stay again in the future. It was very peaceful and close to the beach and wineries. The pool is great. Everybody in the area was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have access to fantastic local produce and to be able to cook outside on the plancha. Thanks Dominque!

Maison de vacances

En famille, nous étions 3 couples avec une enfant de 8 ans et un bébé. La maison est grande avec une annexe, nous étions très à l'aise. Très bien équipée (même un écrase légumes pour le bébé), présence d'une plancha, très belle terrasse, une grande piscine. Le jardin est magnifique. Enfin nous remercions particulièrement Sébastien pour son accueil et son aide durant notre séjour.

Bel emplacement

Maison agréable à vivre, super équipée, il ne manque de rien. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région, la plage se trouve à 5 min à pied. L'extérieur est bien arboré, la piscine est superbe. La remise des clés a eu lieu avec une personne très charmante.

Schönes Haus, aber...

Ein schönes Anwesen mit Pool in direkter Nähe zum Hafen und div. Restaurants. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit ok. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Anbau und insbesondere im dortigen Bad zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschvorhang war eine Zumutung und hat die Grenze schon vor langer Zeit überschritten. Dabei wird die Endreinigung mit € 120 in bar vom Verwalter, der auch die Reinigung nach Abreise durchführt, kassiert. Dass diese Kosten hinzukommen, wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert und erst beim check-in mitgeteilt. Bei der Abreise allerdings hat der Verwalter bei uns ein sehr ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen. Denn nach Bezahlung der € 120 wurden wir auf sehr heftige Weise angegangen, dass wir uns erlaubt hatten, die Handtücher aus dem Schlafzimmerschrank zu benutzen, dass sie Eigentum der Besitzerin seien und die Benutzung nicht gestattet ist. Er müsse diese jetzt waschen und hat ein unglaubliches Theater davon gemacht. Warum sind die Handtücher nicht einfach unter Verschluss, wenn eine Nutzung verboten ist? Doch gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr, die wir selbst bestimmen sollten (was wir notgedrungen dann auch taten), war die Sache erledigt und die benutzen Handtücher auf einmal kein Problem mehr. Nach diesem heftigen und befremdlichen Auftritt, der ganz offensichtlich Methode hat, fällt hier eine objektive Beurteilung schwer. Bei einer Wochenmiete von über € 2.200 sollte aus unserer Sicht die Benutzung von ein paar Handtüchern nicht der Rede wert sein.

Déconnection totale

Séjour super agréable dans la maison et sa dépendance. Grande piscine très agréable pour les enfants et adultes. Jeux gonflables table ping pont boules pétanques. A 3 minutes des commerces, de la plage, de l’embarquement pour Porquerolles. Grande terrasse avec sa plancha pour manger dehors.Tout était parfait. Sébastien a été au top pour la remise des clés et pour le départ. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum und perfekt auch als Familie mit Kleinkindern. Der Umschwung ist toll zum Spielen. Das Haus sehr gross und es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begeehrt. Zum Hafen bzw. Strand sind es nur 5-10 Gehminuten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden ziemlich sicher wieder gehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr höflich und unkompliziert und war super erreichbar.

Bonne endroit pour famille avec adolescent

Villa bien localisée avec une super piscine et des chambres bien sépare avec l'annex. Possibilité de faire des randonne et escapade sur les iles Porquerolles et Port-Cros. Le cout pour la fin de ménage devrait être indiquer dans l'annonce.

Herrliche Pfingstferien

Die Tage in Südfrankreich waren wunderbar. Auf dem sehr gepflegten Grundstück, im großen Pool und im geräumigen Küchen-Wohnbereich sowie auf der Terrasse haben wir mit sieben Personen herrlich faule und sonnige Tage verbracht. Die Strände und der sentier littoral sind sehr schön und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Formidable semaine,

Une maison de vacances idéale pour passer des vacances formidables en famille ou entre amis, la plage, et le port sont tout proches , on peut facilement garer les voitures , à l intérieur de la propriété, le jardin est magnifique avec une grande piscine et une terrasse couverte très agréable ! Dans la cuisine rien ne manque ! Les lits sont un peu justes pour les grands d’ 1,80m et plus.

Emplacement exceptionnel et maison exceptionnelle!!!! Superbe séjour dans une grande maison sur un très grand terrain avec piscine et très grande terrasse. Parfait pour partir à deux familles avec l'annexe sur le terrain. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir cette semaine chez Dominique.

Sehr schlechte Betreuung durch Fewo

Wegen Lage des Hauses in kurzfristig vor Mietbeginn ausgerufenem Covid 19 Risikogebiet in Übereinstimmung mit dem Vermieter um ein Jahr verschoben. 1. FeWo Hotline 2 Wochen nicht erreichbar. Nur Ansage Text. 2. Auf E-Mail keine Reaktion von FeWo. 3. Vermieter erhält auch keine Reaktion von Kooperationspartner Abitrel. 4. Mitarbeiterin der Hotline verweist nach Erreichen nach 14 Tagen auf das Kontaktformular. 5. Keine Reaktion von FeWo auf meine Nachricht im Kontaktformular seit 3 Tagen. 6. Heute Standard- Umfrage von FeWo zur Zufriedenheit, ohne Kenntnis, das der Urlaub nicht angetreten würde. Fazit: Hohe Vermittlungsgebühr ohne entsprechende Gegenleistung. Wenn alles läuft, ganz nett, aber Hilfe darf man von FeWo nicht erwarten. Prognose: FeWo wird es mit Covid-bedingter Überlastung entschuldigen. M. Haake Bewertung mit Sternen nur fiktiv, da sonst Kommentar nicht möglich. Der sehr kooperative und verständnisvolle Vermieter soll nicht unter einer Bewertung leiden.

Sehr schöne Herbstferien verbracht

Das Haus ist gepflegt und liegt sehr zentral. St. Tropez, Hyères, Ramatuelle etc. sind in der Nähe von diesem Ferienhaus. Ein Fahrrad vor Ort ist ein Muss. Die Weinstrasse ist wunderschöne. Die Sandstrände sind ebenfalls sehr schön.

Wunderschön!

Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen, ein Ferienhaus mit viel Charme und ausreichend Platz, ein Pool und ein schön angelegter, blühender Garten. Wir haben hier mit Kindern und 3 kleinen Enkeln Familienurlaub gemacht und alle haben sich wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und besonders die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Sicherheit für kleine Kinder gibt es einen mobilen Zaun, der den Poolbereich abtrennt. Das fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Alarm für den Pool. Schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind auch die schönen Strände von La Londe, der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und das Forum mit Bäcker und kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft. Große Supermärkte findet man in ca. 4 bis 5 km Entfernung.

Super nice villa with great garden & pool

We had a great time in this spacious villa. With the two separate houses we had enough room for a family of 6 (2 kids, parents and also the grand-parents). We loved the house and the garden with it‘s pool. The villa and the kitchen are perfectly equipped, WiFi also works fine. We enjoyed the close port with many restaurants and small shops and also the nice beaches around. In a nutshell: perfect! Thanks :-)
