KK's Beach House is a totally remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home only 3 blocks from the sugar white sand at Seagrove Beach. This cottage is in the highly sought-after beach community of 30a, nestled in a private cove steps from the secluded community pool and only moments from some of the most renowned dinning and shopping experiences. Want to talk beaches? This location offers multiple beach accesses whether it be a secluded beach you can walk or ride your bike to or one with parking and the convenience of restrooms - No problem!
When you first arrive, you are greeted at the front porch with two beautiful acacia adirondack chairs & a table just calling your name for morning coffee or to sip a cocktail while watching the sunset through the palms that flank the pool. This one level single family home provides parking for 2 cars at your front door- No elevators or flights of stairs to lug up your suitcases, groceries, beach supplies and kiddo's.
Once inside, the professionally decorated open concept home is furnished with all new furniture and décor. The cathedral ceilings and abundance of natural light sets the mood for wonderful retreat. Whether it be a romantic couple's getaway, family events, holidays, vacation reunions, church outings KK's Beach House makes for a perfect place to relax or entertain with loved ones.
Renters will be thrilled to find new premium comfy mattresses in each room. The master is furnished with a large king bed, private ensuite, 36"TV and very spacious closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a custom-made queen shiplap headboard and side tables, 24" TV and large closet. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room offers a comfy solution for travel companions overflow. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook a fantastic meal or should you choose to grill poolside the grilling area is only steps away.
This location is the best of both worlds, a peaceful quiet setting and yet if you're interested in boutique shopping or first-class dining, you will find no shortage of that here!
