Excellent safe location but NOISY

The apartment has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. We used it the first week of October so we didn't need AC or heat. The bathroom is a little small and awkward to get in and out. The owner lives in Spain so she has someone (an adorable lady) working for her that cleans and is in charge of check-in and check-out. I communicated with the owner through Whatsapp about the check-in time. The problem was that I didn't have cell phone service so I could only communicate via WiFi. When I arrived at the building I had to wait outside for someone to come and do the check-in process. She never told me that they would be waiting for me inside the apartment. It is the "2A". The noise of the street in the morning is too much. If you want to sleep past 6:30 am it is very difficult. Being on the balcony is not enjoyable because of the street noise.

críticas constructivas

Faltaron cosas básicas de cocina, por ejemplo, azúcar, sal, servilletas. Un repuesto de papel higiénico. Otra observación es que a la estantería de los vasos le rociaron insecticida sin sacar los vasos, por lo tanto, cuando agarre uno para tomar agua, tome insecticida. Todo lo demás excelente y de acuerdo a la publicación:)

Hola Luisina. Gracias por tus aportaciones. Nuestra política es no dejar nada de comida para poder mantener la higiene. Como podrás ver en el anuncio no se publicita que se den ninguno de estos servicios. Sin embargo les dejamos cápsulas para la nespresso, té, y edulcorante de cortesía. También se les deja de cortesía papel higiénico y jabón líquido de manos. Estas cosas son para que al llegar tengan. Así como me consultaste si había toallas (que por supuesto las hay), me podrías haber preguntado sobre esto si era importante para ustedes. En cuanto a los vasos revisaré y pondré atención en lo que comentás. Yo siempre recomiendo de todas formas dar un agua a la vajilla antes de usarla. Por otro lado aprovecho para sugerirte que cuando vayan a dejar una propiedad, avisen al anfitrión. Se fueron sin avisar, simplemente dejando las llaves dentro, obviando nuestra visita para hacer el check-out. Gracias por la estancia, espero poder recibirlos en otra ocasión :-)

Precioso apartamento con excelente ubicación

Se trata de un bonito y cómodo apartamento, ideal para parejas y con una ubicación excelente. Muy bien comunicado, cerca del subte (metro) y diversos colectivos (autobuses) a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Bonita decoración, muy limpio, soleado, y excelente relación calidad-precio. Los propietarios son encantadores y serios. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.
