1500 square feet of living space. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Large airy great room downstairs, sectional with sofa bed, both ends reclining. 65 inch LG flat screen tv and gas fireplace to relax in front of after a rewarding day outside. Full kitchen, dining, entry area and half bath complete the downstairs.

Upstairs 2 full bedrooms both with their own full bathrooms. Back bedroom has a balcony with mountain views.

5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort. 10 minute walk to Main Street. Bus stop is just steps outside. Free bus runs to Main Street, PCMR, and Deer Valley Resort as well as to many other destinations.

Starbucks, A Fresh grocery store, and Rite Aid pharmacy are all just a couple minutes walk away.

Though a car is certainly not necessary there is a private carport attached to the property.

We want to ensure that when you stay at our place that your focus is on your vacation, your stay, your friends and family. That everything else is there for you. With that you'll find our home stocked with everything from paper products, linens, laundry supplies (detergent, dryer sheets), and of course a kitchen full of everything needed whenever you're cooking in (cooking oils, salt, pepper, spices). In addition to all of this we also provide toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers).

Highly recommend this condo. Excellent location - close to skiing. Stocked with everything you might need - all kitchen appliances/utensils & spices/oils; board games/video games (Xbox)/ movies. Comfortable environment- well decorated, modern kitchen, comfortable beds & even a welcome basket with snacks. Our family of 4 loved staying here & hope to return in the future.

Snowboarders Paradise!

Our family had the best trip! This condo is located steps away from free buses that took us right up to the PC Mountain Base to catch a lift and be out for the day. So amazing and convenient. Great kitchen, timely communication throughout the visit and cozy rooms. Highly recommend!

Lovely Park City stay

This is a very nice and spacious unit. It looks just as noted in the photos and is very close to the base of Park City. The bus stop to go to the base is very close to the unit and you are less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen is new and has everything needed for your stay. Highly recommended!

Great place gets better

We just finished our second stay here. This continues to be a perfectly located place that works great for our family. The hosts have upgraded the kitchen with premium appliances and installed beautiful tile floors to replace carpet. The big, comfortable leather couch, a favorite, remains. We love the easy access to Park City Mountain Resort, restaurants, and stores and, of course, the fireplace.

Loved our visit to Park City, beautiful condo fully updated. All modern appliances, comfy beds, excellent sofa and games, great layout for family of 4. Easy communication with owner, everything very user friendly. There was nothing this condo didn’t have for comforts and needs. Appreciated extra blankets, loads of USB chargers, washer dryer. Comfortable and convenient for skiing Park City

Great location, convenient to the Park City shuttle and grocery store. Several good restaurants (e.g., Twisted Fern, Windy Ridge Cafe) are walking distance. Condo was clean and spacious. Comfortable couch, great fireplace, and perhaps the best A/V set-up of any ski rental in which we have stayed. Covered parking was a big plus. Hosts were friendly and accommodative. We will be back.

Huge condo that felt like home!

Stayed here on an annual snowboard/snowmobile trip. Huge condo that has so much more than the usual “essentials only” condo. Great location in town! We loved the 2 large hot tubs at the club house and pool. Had 4 guys and we all had a bed. Condo is very updated and had so much included. Sandy was awesome with our stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property was perfectly located for our skiing trip to Utah. Everything we could have needed and more was included for us to use when we arrived. And, when we opened the door for the first time the property was warm inside, not always something we experience with traveling to a ski area. We appreciated your accommodations to get us in a little early as we had a reservation for a wine tasting at Deer Valley in the early evening and getting a couple extra minutes to relax after traveling all day was very nice. Great location and great condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. It was extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable and had a great location. The whole process of renting, communicating with the owners, getting into the unit, and closing up was very easy. We loved it and would absolutely rent it again! This family trip was one of our best, and lodging is a huge part of any vacation. We were very comfortable and our kids (and us) were very happy and content.

We felt right at home!

Fantastic space and location - walking distance to the slopes and to a few shops, including a grocery store. Multiple bus stops to choose from that are all very close (plus the local buses are free!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to stay in for meals (they even had a crock pot that we cooked soup in). Cozy seating area with a gas fireplace and giant TV, plus a washer and dryer to clean up before we left! Sandy and Rick were also extremely accommodating and helpful. There was absolutely nothing negative about our stay and the next time my husband and I, along with our friends, come to Park City we will check to see if this place is available again!

We love our place. Centrally located and walking distance to the Park City mountain resort, groceries, coffee and the restaurants and shopping on Main Street.

The place itself is setup on two floors with two primary bedrooms and two full en-suite baths upstairs. Downstairs includes a large living room, kitchen, dining room as well as a half bath.

The living room features a large sectional couch with two recliners. 65 inch LG OLED flat screen tv and a gas fireplace to relax after a fun filled day.
