About this property

"Comfy and Cozy Villa" Overlooking Pool , walk to Beach W/ tons of Amenities!!

We are located in the most popular building closest to the beach with a heated outdoor pool overlooking the Villa. Updated and newly furnished a couple of years ago.
2 bedroom and 2 bath Villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, plus free wifi and cable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat-screen tv. The 2nd bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people with a new full-size bed on one side and a set of twin bunk beds on the other side. For your convenience, we rent a storage unit under the building close to the boardwalk stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys, shovels, and a beach wagon. You have everything you need for a day on the beach. The resort boasts wonderful amenities. There is always 24-hour security on the entire grounds. There are 2 outdoor pools an indoor pool, six lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court, and our semi-private beach. The Atrium in building #3 offers a heated indoor pool, track, exercise room, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. There is also a furnished sitting area on the second floor if you want to unwind, read a book, or relax. There is also a restroom area with a shower for your convenience. Oceanview Bike Rentals has a facility on the property under building #2. They offer all types of bikes that are always like new and you can reserve them in advance. At Pool # 1 the main pool is heated!
The Beach Bear Rest/Bar/ store has inside and outside seating areas and the outside bar during the season. For your convenience, there are restrooms there too. A few feet from the beach is Coco's Bar/Rest. which also has restrooms and a volleyball court. The Resort offers a six-seat golf cart with a roof to shuttle folks from the boardwalk to the beach on a schedule for those who don't enjoy walking. We have recently added a beach mat that extends 90 feet onto the beach so older or handicapped folks can access the beach much more easily. There is no need to leave the Resort but, there is a free Trolly pickup called " The Breeze" just outside our entrance to get around the area if you don't want to drive or Uber! Come on down and have a great stay!

Love the friendliness of the property!! The hot tub and steam room were my favs!! Access to the beach was a 12 min walk along the boardwalk, easy walk and totally worth it. We “met” two alligators we named lil Joe and Jolene.

Family fun!

We are a family of five and we loved staying here. It was clean and plenty of towels provided. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a close walk and Cocos had great smoothies that we enjoyed after a hot day at the beach. Shopping for groceries was a very short drive and all sort of restaurants and other shops were fun to visit. The host was very easy to contact with any questions we had.

Loved the unit and we enjoyed our stay. The gate check in went very smoothly and they directed us to the unit. It is three flight up, but thankfully they had an elevator. The resort is located very close to everything in Hilton head.

We loved this place! The condo was in a great location in building one where the beautiful outdoor pool was. The entrance area overlooked the pool, while the balcony from inside the unit overlooked the lagoon. The condo was very nice and comfy. Great beds and everything we needed. It accommodated our family of 5 great (4 of us being adults)!The storage location with the beach wagon and supplies was in the best location, right near the path to go to the beach. We loved the stroll over the lagoon to get to the beach. The wildlife was awesome! The beach was beautiful and Coco's on the Beach had great food! The resort had so much to offer. The indoor pool was great for our one rainy day- a really special space. Overall, a great spot to stay right in the center of the island.

My wife and I are honest hardworking folks who have relocated to Hilton Head, SC. My wife has been employed in the banking industry for over 38 years with one banking institution. I'm the General Manager here at the Resort. I also serve on the Board of Directors here at Hilton Head Resort. My son lives in Bluffton, SC with his fiance and my Grandson. My son has been employed with the Hilton Head Fire and Rescue for over 18 year and assists so if our guests ever have an issue we can immediately address it to be sure you have a great experience.

Why they chose this property

With family here for over eighteen years, we experienced the mix of not too touristy, and relaxing with plenty to keep you busy during a vacation. We knew this was the place when we were able to purchase a property. You never have to leave the property !!! The villa overlooks the Pool in the most popular location at the Resort! The entrance is in building #1. An outdoor pool and snack bar to the left, an indoor pool to the right, and a semi-private beach minutes behind us with a Coco's on the beach and sand volleyball court.

What makes this property unique

The location !!! Everything is steps and minutes from our Villa!! There are so many things to do at our Resort. You don't have to leave for anything at all.
We try to think of everything to ensure our guests have a great time with our Villa, the Resort and dealing with our family. The owners are in contact with you from booking thru your stay. Many of our guests become our friends. You have our home and cell telephone numbers if you need us from the day you book a reservation thru the time you check out and arrive home safely.
