Daniel was a great host. He was quick to respond to our questions and had a bottle of wine ready for us when we arrived. Perfect space for 2, comfortable living area, bedroom and well organized kitchen. Easy, quick walk to Snowflake lift and you can ride all the way back to the condo by way of 4 o'clock trail.
We had a great stay in early January. The owners were very proactive, made the check-in process easy and communication around logistics was perfectly clear. The location of the property is great with easy lift access if you don’t mind a short walk uphill. If we’re back in Breckenridge soon, we’ll stay here again!
Great location for skiing and shopping around town!
Our family of 4 stayed at this property over spring break. Owners were fantastic and put in extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great! Is is only a short walk to town, the gondola and an easy place to get to at the end of the ski day using 4 o’clock run. It is a simple, straightforward property, but was budget friendly.
Efficient well appointed unit that works for a family of four. Seamless check in process. Walkable to Snowflake Lift and we literally skied to the door at the end of the day. Walked into Town for dinner. Would stay again.
Daniel’s place was perfect for my brother and I’s 5 day/4 night ski trip. The condo is as listed. All kitchen equipment you could need is available. Comfy bed. Great view from the patio! The property was clean, central, and close to everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Chase. We love the location and the view as well. Thank you for staying with us!
Daniel was in communication from start to finish. He made it very clear that if we needed anything, he would take care of it. The unit was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Thank you, Rick. We would be happy to host you again, too!
A great, cost- effective place for a stay of 2-3 people. Clean with ski-in access and a short walk to the Snowflake lift. Unit could use some updates and bed was very hard. But for a place to sleep very close to the resort, it hits the mark.
Oh, and the common-use hot tub was very welcomed!
For a small space it had the best supplied kitchen and space was extremely well used. On entry there was a place for boots and skis open area for table and lounging area with TV and very good view. Perhaps 50 yards to the Gold bus that continues up the hill to peaks 7 & 8 or down the hill to Beaver Run. We ordered groceries for delivery from the City Market.
We needed a relaxing long weekend away from the city and this was the perfect place for it. Great little balcony overlooking stream and the soothing sounds of the water were audible in the condo. Super convenient and within walking distance of Main Street, good restaurants, and excellent ice cream!
First off, the location is good. Fairly centrally located as you can walk to the gondola bus, dinner, and downtown shopping. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news stops for this condo.
We were not expecting first class accommodations but did expect a mid-level condo for the price we paid. $$$
Here are just a few of the things that we encountered during our stay:
1. As we walked in, we were greeted by a foul odor that reminded me of a moldy basement. My partner could not stop sneezing during our entire stay.
2. The tub did not drain properly which created a nice basin of dirty water during each shower.
3. Two full size clean towels for our entire stay. That said there were extra towels for use at the hot tub. These towels have seen better days as they were a bit tattered and faded.
4. This place is in desperate need of an update. Dingy carpet, stained toilet seat, cracks in molding and broken window blinds. Broken shelving in the closet that would not hold a stack of t-shirts.
5. There is one hot tub for the entire building. This wouldn’t be so bad if it we’re not for the fact that it is only a 6 person residential style hot tub. Get ready to cozy up with the other guests. If you do use the hot tub make sure you are not the last one out as you will need to put the damaged/broken cover back on while standing on the dangerously icy deck.
6. There was no guest book in the unit. Every other VRBO that I have stayed at contained a book with basic information. Information about transportation options to the gondola/ski lifts would have been nice to have…
The host is very responsive. When I contacted him about a couple of the aforementioned items, he was quick to point out that "If you are on a budget, this is a great option for the amenities and proximity it offers." He also advised me that we could cancel our reservation and could go home early or find alternate accommodations. In our exchange he used the term “puzzled” that I would question the condition of this unit. He gave the impression that he was doing me a favor by staying there.
Since when is Three Hundred Ninety Dollars per night a budget? If there was a negative star for hospitality, I would award that.
Nonetheless I cannot recommend staying in this unit for the same price we paid for our stay. For a more reasonable price this could be a good option for travelers on a budget.

Jeffrey, our condo is one of the least expensive places in town. I still cannot believe how expensive Breckenridge become. It is an absolutely gorgeous town with a lot of free activities and I want to open my home to families on budget. It is advertised as such. We never had issues with the drain, there are spare towels in the closet, there are 2 closets next to each other to store your belongings and the carpet is not dingy. You could have rented another property with multiple hot tubs, but the price would probably double...
This location was positioned perfectly just off of the Lower 4 o’clock trail, making it super easy to ski right up to a short path that lead right up to the building. We were a short 7-10 minute walk to the gondola. The condo was perfect for my little brother, my boyfriend and I to stay in. The full kitchen was the biggest plus for me personally, as I like to bring groceries with me to cook for most days of our stay. The only thing I would have liked is to have some salt and pepper supplied, as often that is all you need for most simple dinners and you don’t often think to bring seasonings with you. Other that that small thing, everything was wonderfully stocked and ready to go! Having the small dishwasher was also very nice. Overall, 10/10 loved this place and will definitely consider staying again for when we come back to the area next year!
The place was exactly as expected. It is not big, so with our 2 kids it was a bit on the small side, but we knew that going in and it was definitely big enough. The location was great, walkable to town, the Snowflake Lift, and we could ski off the Four O'Clock Trail at the end of the day. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well.
Daniel was very responsive. I asked for an early check in as we were flying in and would be there before 4pm, he asked the cleaning crew to come early, which they did, and as promised messaged me as soon as it was ready. We got there and as it was Christmas day, there was a christmas tree as well as a bottle of wine and some chocolates, a very nice touch! we had an issue with a remote and Daniel came by within a half hour of us asking for it with what we needed.
I would definitely stay here again!
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property! The heater broke and we had great communication with the property manager and were provided space heaters! I think the place could use a little TLC as far as TV, carpet, aesthetics. Great location though!!
