Recent wooden house between ocean and forest for 7 people

Somewhat further away along the forest, is the "Carriou" a house of 100m² newly built wooden with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for 7 people.

The house was built in the style of a farm building in the area with local materials. Particular attention was paid to the insulation and air handling (Canadian well). The many windows offer stunning views of the surrounding forest and a covered terrace invites you to never leave.

On the ground floor a living dining room opening onto a large south facing terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with three single beds and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is located on a plot of 2000m² unfenced edge of the forest

Wunderschönes Haus in herrlicher Natur

Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in Marions liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung im Wald - genau das richtige, um Natur und Ruhe zu genießen. Es fehlt an nichts - die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Marion ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Rundum zu empfehlen - wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in einem kleinen Wald und ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Garten ist riesig und sehr schön für die Kinder oder um einfach nur auf einer der vorhandenen Gartenliegen die Ruhe zu genießen. Den Grill und die Tischtennisplatte haben wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Außerdem gehört noch ein eigener kleiner Privatspielplatz inmitten des Kiefernwaldes mit Trampolin, Schaukel, Badmintonnetz und Slackline mit zu dem Anwesen der Vermieter. Mehrere Strände lassen sich gut mit dem Auto erreichen, auch ein naher See eignet sich ebenfalls zum Baden oder Bootfahren.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa de Marion, rodeada de pinos, y silencio. La casa esta equipada con todo lo necesario, es amplia y muy luminosa. Muy cerca de la costa y con fácil acceso. Marion es una persona discreta pero pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Tuvimos ocasión de hablar con ella y nos resulto una persona encantadora y muy entrañable. Nos encantaría tener la ocasión de volver a encontrarla y disfrutar, de nuevo, de una estancia en su casa.

A 7kms de l'océan, nous avons passé une semaine superbe dans la maison en bois de Marion, qui nous a accueilli avec bcp de chaleur et de délicatesse.3 chambres, une grande pièce fonctionnelle, une jolie cusine, l'équipement est parfait, les matériaux de qualité , la décoration de très bon gout .La maison est joliment plantée sur l'espace extérieur, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute securité. Maison très bien équipée et encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir 2 jeunes chevreuils un matin tous proches de la terrasse. La mer est proche et même l'hiver, l'océan est magnifique.

Un lieu propice à la détente.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au " Carriou " en mai 2016. La maison est très bien entretenue, très propre et au calme, tout en étant à 5 km de l'océan. C'est bien plus qu'une maison, c'est un véritable lieu de vie. Elle est très bien équipée et tout y a été pensé pour que votre séjour soit reposant et que votre quotidien soit facile à vivre. Tout y est pratique et fonctionnel. La déco est très sympa, les baies vitrées laissent passer une généreuse lumière et la maison est bien exposée. Marion, la propriétaire, est à la fois attentionnée, discrète et respectueuse de ses hôtes. Nous y avons ressenti beaucoup de bien-être et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

In 1 woord....'GRANDIOOS'!!

Geachte lezer, We zijn vorige week terug gekomen van 3 weken vakantie in 'Le Carriou', een moderne, prachtige en sfeervolle houten woning met rondom zeer veel vrijheid met gras en groen rondom. 'Le Carriou' is van alles zeer goed voorzien, van wasmand tot bbq, van Wi-Fi tot luie zonnebedden buiten. Het was volop genieten op de veranda waarop je zowel in als uit de zon kan zitten en 's avonds kan genieten van de warme avonden. De kamer is sfeervol ingericht met een goed zittend bankstel, een ruime eettafel en sfeervolle accessoires en aankleding. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en wederom sfeervol ingericht, de bedden slapen goed, de kasten zijn ruim. De dubbele badkamer is een ware luxe, zowel beneden als boven een badkamer met toilet, wastafel en douche. Ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, een vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, Senseo-apparaat, oven, koelkast met vriesgedeelte en zeer volledig voorzien van alle keukenartikelen die je je maar kan bedenken. Het ontvangst van en contact met onze gastvrouw/de eigenaresse Marion was zeer vriendelijk en zij staat altijd klaar voor vragen of tips voor leuke uitjes in de buurt. We kijken terug op een geweldige vakantie in 'Le Carriou', mede door de rust, privacy, perfecte afwerking, hygiëne en netheid van dit vakantiehuis en we komen zeker terug!! Au revoir, Marion, jusqu'à l'année prochaine! :-)

Sublime !

Hébergement de grande qualité offrant de très belles prestations. La maison est propre et chaleureuse, la literie est très confortable, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, le cadre est magnifique au milieu de la foret, la grande terrasse est très agréable, et la situation géographique est parfaite juste à coté du centre du village et à moins de 10 minutes de la plage et du lac. Pour terminer, la propriétaire est adorable ! Je recommande vivement cette maison dans laquelle j'ai passé un excellent séjour !
