This vast and very pleasant villa is located in Les Arcs sur Argens, in the Var.
It consists of 4 bedrooms (2 are air-conditioned) that can accommodate 8 to 10 people (possibility to add 2 cots for very young children).
This very bright house is constituted, on the floor, a fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a large living-dining room where you can access the terrace where it is pleasant to take meals (Contemporary outdoor furniture).
2 large bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this level.
On the upper floor there are 2 very large air-conditioned rooms and a games room.
The house is comfortable, spacious and pleasant.

The 5000m² of land is partially wooded and vis-à-vis: children can have fun on the trampoline while parents play bocce.

Undergrowth, very pleasant during the summer, will welcome you for a nap cool.

At the ground floor, near the pool are two terraces: one of them is completely sheltered, and the other, a large terrace of 72 sqm, is covered by rattan you to stay lying down on the sunbeds after swimming.
Guests can choose to dine where you see fit for this vast terrace is also equipped with a table, chairs and armchairs.
A ping pong table is available.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die obere Etage ist etwas klein und eng. Für Kinder witzig, Erwachsene könnten nicht so gut oben schlafen.Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Fußläufig ist allerdings nichts zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder kommen, uns und den Kindern hat es sehr gut bei Caroline gefallen.

Très jolie maison pour des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans la maison. Nos enfants se sont beaucoup amusés dans la piscine et dans les chambres bien climatisées avec pleins de jouets à découvrir. Caroline s'occupe très bien de la maison et des locataires. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs tuyaux pendant notre visite.

Un été très chaud dans le Var

Nous avons fort appréciés la gentillesse de l'hôte et les services qu'elle nous a rendus. Le domaine était situé dans un endroit très calme et le beau temps était au rendez-vous toute la semaine. Heureusement la piscine était là pour nous rafraichir. Tous les facilités (boulanger, commerce, ...) étaient présent dans les proches environs.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt entspricht vollständig den Angaben aus dem Inserat. Die Lage hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Von hier aus sind zahlreiche Ausflüge möglich und man kann über mehrere Wege ans Meer gelangen. Abends ist man froh wieder "zu Hause" zu sein. In Les Arcs selbst gibt es alles was man zum Leben braucht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Danke an Caroline!

Formidables vacances !!!

Maison et cadre très agréables, tout était propre et très bien entretenu. Calme absolu : nous nous sommes ressourcés. Sorties et activités variées dans un rayon tout proche : la propriétaire a été de bon conseil. Les enfants se sont régalés et nous aussi ! Je recommanderais cette location à des amis, à des familles avec enfants... Nous reviendrons !
