Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in grüner Umgebung.

Da wir die Gegend schon kannte und wir vor der Hauptsaison da waren, war unser Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es keine Internetverbindung gab und der Fernseher keinen Empfang hatte. Leider war das gerade während der Fußball - Europameisterschaften. Im Kontakt mit dem Vermieter des Hauses konnte die Fernsehangelegenheit nach vier Tagen geregelt werden. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden und können das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

Ein schönes Ferien-Zuhause / On se sent comme chez soi

Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Bäumen die viel Schatten spenden und bis zu den schönen Stränden ist es nicht weit. Die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse sorgt für eine große Ruhe. Der Garten hinter dem Haus mit einer kleinen Terrasse ist sehr schön. Eine Plancha ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack dekoriert und Wohn- und Schlafräume sind großzügig. Es war sehr sauber. Der Empfang durch Alban war sehr freundlich. Une maison qu'on ne peut que recommander. Sa situation très ombragé et au fond d'une impasse nous a assuré un séjour très confortable au calme. Des plages superbes sont très proches. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin avec plancha et une terrasse. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, bien agencée et elle était très propre à notre arrivée. L'accueil par Alban était chaleureux.

Simplement magnifique

Ein tolles kleines Haus in bester Lage, beschattet, nah zum Strand, sehr ruhig, mit Trimm-dich-Pfad im Wald vor der Tür. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter haben alles zur Verfügung gestellt, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Fahrräder, Bodyboards... und sind sehr verbindlich und sympathisch. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Maison magnifique, absolument `a recommender pour les vacances en famille. Tout ´etait mis `a notre disposition, les serviettes, les draps de lit, des v´elos. Les propri´etaires sont tr`es sympa et responsifs. Nous avons pass´e trois semaines merveilleuses au bord de la mer. Et pour les sportifs y a t-il un parcours sportif `a proximit´e.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil für die Familie

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in ruhiger Sackgasse mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Hängematte im Garten und die Boule-Bahn vor der Haustür wurden regelmäßig genutzt. Zudem optimal gelegen, um die nahegelegenen Strände Le Rocher oder les Conches zu erreichen - sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Auto. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert und ausgesprochen nett. Absolut zu empfehlen für den Familienurlaub in der Vendée.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage und vor der Tür ist ein Boule Platz. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus ideal. Im Garten haben sie Auslauf und vor der Tür können sie in der verkehrsberuhigten Anlage spielen und auch Kontakt zu den französischen Nachbarskindern knüpfen. Einen sehr schönen bewachten Strand erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Es bietet sich auch an, die benachbarten Orte und deren Strände zu besuchen, z.B. La-Tranche-sur-Mer oder auch Jard-sur-Mer. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigener Terrassentür. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben 2 sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen dort verbracht.

Belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette maison neuve, bien décorée et bien équipée. L'environnement est très calme et le jardin très agréable et très tranquille. La mer est à un peu plus de 1.5km donc il vaut mieux prévoir des vélos sinon c'est un peu loin pour des jeunes enfants à pieds.

Modernes, hübsches, sauberes Haus in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie zu Gast in dem hübschen Haus von Fam.Baudry. Es ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet, sehr hell und toll gelegen. Es befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, mt einem Bouleplatz vor der Tür - Französischer geht es kaum. Man kann von dort sehr gut Fahrradwege erreichen, die entlang des Meeres viele Ortschaften verbinden und natürlich auch zum Strand führen. Natürlich kann man dort auch hinmarschieren. (etwa 15 Minuten durch einen wunderschönen Nadelwald)

Schönes, familienfreundliches Haus in ruhiger Lage - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) haben unserem Sommerurlaub 2016 in diesem schönen und sauberen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Elternschlafzimmer (welches auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen war) hat eine Terrassentür zum Garten - nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig - herrlich. Im Garten ist ein schöner Essplatz, ein Grill, eine Hängematte und und und...Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung von Longeville - im Stadtteil Le Rocher - sehr französisch mit eigenem Bouleplatz. Man kann vom Haus zum Strand laufen - man findet aber sowohl am Strand von Le Rocher als auch an allen anderen Stränden in der Nähe immer gut Parkplätze. Die Vermieter sind sehr und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Haus und die ganze Region wirklich empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals wieder. Familie Sturm ( Hamburg)
