In the house, fully air conditionned, the owners have revamped the kitchen and living room layout to make a warm space (spanning 50 sq.m) for shared moments.
It features a fully equipped kitchen opening on the dining room and lounge with a chimney.

On the ground floor:
Living area and 3 bedrooms all air conditioned.
You can find a kitchen with US fridge, oven with digital screen to choose language for use. The dining room for 8-12 people, a satellite TV OLED, and a DVD player.
1 bedroom (vanilla bedroom) with double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV and shower.
1 bedroom (green bedroom) offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
A further bedroom (pink bedroom) offers another 160 x 200-cm double bed and TV
There is a first grey bathroom with large walk-in shower and double bowl sinks

The press is close to Lieurey (which means the "king's place") and is a city located in the heart of Lieuvin. You can enjoy the peace of the countryside just 30 minutes from the sea. There are half-timbered houses in the small pretty village. Lieurey has over 2,000 inhabitants. Here you can find shopping and a supermarket. It is ideally located between Pont-Audemer, Bernay, Lisieux, and Beuzeville. Lieurey is known for its popular herring trade fair. Since the Middle Ages, the fair is held each year on 11th November, which is Saint Martin's Day, and attracts thousands of visitors.

After several stays in Normady, we feel like it was time to get own own little paradise there. And easily we chose this old norman press to create place to go for sharing nice moments with family and friends.

We made a lot in this house all those past years. We started by opening all the living area to have the kitchen entirely opened on the living room and dining room. We kept on creating the bedroom suite vanilla with its own shower/sink. Then we thought about people wth disabilities by creating the caban bathroom and also to the girls with the bluetooth hollywood miror to make up in music. We thouht about barbecues parties whatever the weather is... We also added a petanque field and a fitness area.
Every year, there is something new, please find the most recent ones:
2019: the new kitchen year! entirely changed, keeping in mind also the access for disabled people. Coloured and modern, we added lot of cupboards. We increased the size of the landing bedroom for the bed to be more in privacy space, and we created a new WC on this first floor.

2020: very special season and we kept on working. The green bedroom has been totally changed: new colours, new ceiling with muticoloured leds, new parquet. New white ceiling lights in the living room to have a smooth light to appreciate the new OLED TV. New windows with electric shutters and moutiquaire for the 1st floor bedrooms. Then a pique-nique table and the small vegetable garden completed the changes of the year.

2021: the transforations continue.... Air conditioning every where in ground floor. Then the house is entirely equiped with air conditions. all the bedrooms and the living room. The green bedroom upstairs has been entirely changed: new isolation, new peint, new parquet, new accomodation. A billiard came this year to propose a nice place to play. Another important new feature: the jacuzzi near the pool in its dedicated area and the gown game outdoor for kids but not only...

Just come to discover all of this. All has been thought for chilling out every moment.
