LandsEnd 1617 is one of the few 2 bedroom luxury villas located at the tip of Captiva Island, overlooking Red Fish Pass and across to North Captiva. LandsEnd is a beautifully maintained private association with a private pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and grills. These amenities within LandsEnd are exclusive to our owners and owners' guests. That means you won't have to pay the main resort fee!

This luxury two-bedroom/two-bathroom villa is truly one of the most sought-after locations within LandsEnd and is perfect for a family or group of four. The main level features an expansive great room with an open kitchen, living area and dining area and laundry room with hall bath and both bedrooms. The outdoor veranda and open-air sun deck provide additional living which provides the perfect atmosphere for casual and relaxed waterfront entertaining. Not all LandsEnd units enjoy these spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound! LandsEnd 1617 features a spacious grand master suite with an en-suite bathroom with open views of the water. The master also provides jetted tub and separate shower with dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a private balcony and two full-size beds for extreme comfort.  The unit provides 3 flat-screen TV's and (multi-line) high-speed WIFI. Visit the many world-renowned island bistros and restaurants just outside the gates including Starbucks, The Bubble Room or The Mucky Duck, Keylime Bistro, and RC Otters. We offer flexible travel dates during the low and mid-season to meet your travel needs, we are happy to help!
