VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage, and/or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.

Quiet, Calm, and Relaxing

This is a quaint, quiet, and very well maintained neighborhood. The home was everything that was advertised. We had plenty of room inside and outside. Plenty of room to cook nightly meals and serve them as well. The walk to the beach is an easy 7 minute walk. Having the chair and umbrella service was such a plus! Both the pools on the property were enjoyable as well. The only areas I see for improvement are adding a hose to the outdoor spicket so that everyone can properly rinse the sand off before entering the home, and for spraying off chairs, coolers, etc. The hallway bathroom has a very slow drain and the tub is extremely slippery, so perhaps grip tape would remedy that. We all felt that more bath towels and wash clothes were needed as well. Thank you for offering your beautiful home!

Great space for a large family

House was a great layout and space for our family (my husband and I, our 11 yr old son, and my 24 yr old daughter/SIL, 5 yr old grandson, and 4 yr old granddaughter). We could have used more towels and the house could use a good deep clean (I'm a clean freak), but it was great for our needs. The pools and beach were awesome. The clubhouse fitness center is in serious disrepair and we ended up buying day passes to a local gym, which was expensive. All communication and interactions with Marilee and Larry were outstanding. They were extremely thorough with the info they provided us and the entire process was incredibly easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend working with them!
