About this property

Our condo has been completely redone to offer you a relaxing and beautiful space. All furniture, mattresses, appliances, and kitchen amenities have been updated. The main gathering space has a large kitchen and counter-top with 3 barstools. The main table seats 8 and the screened porch table adds 4 more spaces for meals. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, plus a fully stocked cabinet of kids' games and toys, video game systems, and a massage chair after a long day at the beach.

Other amenities include new televisions in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a 60" Television in Living room. All TVs are “smart” and ready for you to login to your favorite apps. We offer high speed internet access, google smart speakers and a hotel safe. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, spices, condiments, full size coffee maker, blender, George Foreman grill, griddle, waffle maker and portable high chair.

Each bedroom has new bedding, pillows, memory foam mattress and spare linens. There are two queen air mattresses which fit comfortably in any of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathrooms are ready with new towels, hair dryers and shower/bath toiletries. There is an ironing board and iron in bedroom 3.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in top floor master, 1 king bed in second bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds (accommodates 4 people) in third bedroom, and 1 futon bed with trundle bed in first floor (ground level) bedroom (accommodates 2 people). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus a half bath off the kitchen. Our condo association restricts the number of rental guests to 8 people.

The house is keyless entry. You will have 2 dedicated parking spots and access to the condo community pool and green space at no charge. The pool is only available to the 16 condo owners and guests. There is a small public parking lot by the beach access for any overflow cars.

We had a great experience at this property. The condo had everything we needed. The location was quiet and convenient. (and we were staying on SSI for the Ga/Fla game). The owner checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Hello! We are a family of 5 who live in Savannah, just a short drive from one of our favorite gems on the Golden Coast, St. Simons Island! This condo is our favorite get-away when we're not hosting guests. We love the beach access, the lovely downtown, great local food and flair and relaxing on the porch in the evenings.

Why they chose this property

We waited for almost 2 years for a condo to come available in this complex. The layout is so unique in how many guests it can accommodate yet provide privacy and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We love how close it is to the beach and how close it is to downtown. There aren't many properties with all these amenities to offer our guests on the Georgia Coast. Everything in this condo is newly updated so we feel good about inviting guests to spend their vacation in our second home!

What makes this property unique

St. Simons offers a lot of amenities while maintaining its small town charm. Our condo is essentially on the beach with great views, but the complex is small so it doesn't feel overly crowded with vacationers. With all of the updates to the interior, we know you'll love your stay here.
