Outside, the large terrace overlooks the swimming pool, a spacious summer kitchen (with barbecue and plancha) and a relaxation area (with garden furniture and deckchairs). The garden hosts many fruit and Mediterranean trees, without any vis-à-vis. A true corner of paradise!

In addition to the comfort of the accommodation (3 flat screen TVs, wifi, whirlpool, large closets ...), you will also find in the villa many facilities for entertaining or playing sports: table tennis, trampoline, exercise bike apartment, elliptical trainer, outdoor games (badminton, pétanque balls, etc.).

As for tourism, the region offers a very wide variety of possibilities, both day and evening. Right next to it are the beaches of Valras and Sérignan, the Canal du Midi, the historic heart of Béziers. In less than 30 minutes, you can access the beaches of Cap d'Adge, Gruissan, the villages of Pézenas, Minerve, Roquebrun, hike the trails of the hinterland, wine or gourmet tours between Faugères and Saint-chinian… canoeing or climbing in the Gorges de l'Orb…

The house is home to a cat and therefore it is not possible to bring another pet.
