Beach front condo with elevator and private 2 car garage with code. Condo also comes with beach chairs and beach toys for kids.

Guests staying at condo will have access to the entire condo. No shared rooms, your own personal paradise!

Pismo Beach is a classic beach town located half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Pismo Beach boasts great weather and local wineries and wine bars. We stayed here recently and won’t be coming back.Yes, you can technically see the ocean—but what you really get is a front-row seat to a parking lot. Expect car noise until close to midnight every night. Not exactly the relaxing beach stay we were hoping for.But the real issue was dealing with the property owner.We asked about early check-in and were told to “park and enjoy the beach,” which sounded great. So we grabbed the garage opener to do exactly that… only to feel like we were walking on eggshells after. The property manager actually told us in a messge that they were going to charge us for ealry check in and his clenaing staff had to ise a laundry matt which was a bold face lie. We met them as we went up to grab the opener and they were friendly and said they just finished! Enjoy the house. Then it got worse.We tried to use the TV in the living room—no remotes anywhere. When we reached out, their solution was literally: “go buy a remote.” I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and that’s a first.Also worth noting—no smart TVs anywhere in the place. For the price, that’s pretty surprising.Between the noise, lack of basic amenities, and poor response from the owner, this stay missed the mark in a big way.Would not recommend, and definitely won’t be back.

Found this lovely condo and rented for 3 nights. It was perfect tor two couples. The condo is very well appointed. Close walk to everything you’d want to do in Pismo! We will definitely stay again! Had one small question uponthe owner got back to me right away.
