The beauty of this 1100sq ft tastefully decorated 2 bdrm condo is centrally located just minutes outside of downtown in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is in a gated building with secure parking that is close to several casual and fine dining establishments with plenty of family entertainment or nightlife options close by. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle style bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 children with a 2nd full bath. The open floor plan has a large living space with a smart TV and adjacent dining area. The full-size kitchen with granite countertops will make you feel right at home. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, oven/stovetop, dishwasher and all the pots/pans and utensils you need to cook any meal of the day. Walk outside the sliding glass doors onto your large private balcony patio with potted plants and lounge chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a quiet meal with a glass of wine at the table under the umbrella. There are beaches and parks with trails nearby like Golden Gardens with sailing activities or Carkeek Park where you can take in spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains and much more. Close to markets, shopping malls, hospitals and universities/colleges. Public transportation is close by as well as Uber and Lyft.
I take a personal approach and pride in providing a clean and comfortable rental so the only thing you need to worry about is relaxing and enjoying a pleasant vacation!

Marjo was there to greet us upon arrival. She was a kind and gracious host. As we were staying for almost five weeks, she made sure that we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking equipment and the unit had lots of treats and snacks. There were fresh flowers and lovely plants on the patio. It was a great experience and we so appreciated her generosity and kindness.
