The apartment of 5 m2 for 4 persons, has a living room with flat screen TV and a convirtible couch, 1 bedrooms, one with a double bed bathroom, an american kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, totally equipped with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, toaster, fruit squeezer and a coffee pot. It also has a large terrace with table and chairs to spend some nice summer evenings with sea- and gardenviews

It has a TV with satellite en french, air conditioning, wifi,washing machine, clothe dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The urbanization Guardamar has a communal swimming-pool for adults and children with grass, a nice garden, talb tennis, basketball basket and outdoor parking.

La ubicación es ideal, la limpieza horrible, me encontré con sabanas usadas en una cama. Al día siguiente, entraron en el apartamento, se supone que por error invadiendo mi intimidad, menos mal que no estábamos y Zeus nos regaló una noche más. Por cierto tener que recoger las llaves y devolverlas a 20 ktos. no es muy operativo, como pedir 300 euros de fianza, cuando ni van contigo a comprobar el estado del apartamento ni a la llegada ni a la salida, tiene poco sentido. Por lo demás, nos ha encantado la urbanización y la tranquilidad que se respira. En cuanto

La situation proche de la mer. La piscine La surface de l´appartement et le balcon. Insuffisance dans le matériel de cuisine. La qualité du matériel n´est pas irréprochable L´accueil avec un concierge parlant un petit peu le français....
